The overall ease of lease accounting. We are struggling with managing ~50 leases so we would look to the system to make it cleaner, reporting easier and confidence in the data.
Pros
The simplicity of the overall system. It allows for the user to input the information with minimal work.

We are still new, so we haven't come across any specifically.

Cost effective ASC842 solution

The product presents an otherwise complicated topic in an uncomplicated manner.
Pros
This product is best suited for companies seeking an uncomplicated and cost effective solution. The embedded integration with Sage Intaact and other middle market ERP solutions provides for seamless journal processing. The product is extremely user friendly.
Cons
The product doesn't provide multi-currency functionality nor does it address IFRS requirements.
