This allows our team to focus on the value add instead of remembering lots of information that can simply be loaded on the sku. Reporting has helped us see how, where and what carriers are used to make better strategic decisions. Sales use the get rates to make live shipping decisions while the customer is on the phone. AR has benefited from the custom rules sales implements.
