Our experience of Pivot is outstanding.

Pros
Pivot is intuitive to use for end users and we receive very positive feedback from our business users. The system is also easily customisable for administrators.
Cons
One of the only limitations we have found with the software is the ability to use graphics - eg. in the landing page (flow chart for users) and in the letter setup.

Thanks for the feedback Carol. We acknowledge the limitations you may have experienced ¿ the good news is that a recent release has resolved some of these and we have big plans ahead for such things as being able to use graphics in letter footers; being able to upload and store electronic signatures and a new design is on the way for our homepage to give miles more flexibility rather than relying on our support team to load special graphics.
