Coming from the vacation rental world, I had a lot of "must haves" in the software.
I knew I needed a software company that included a website/webpage, a place to book clients and a backend that would work seamlessly between my business partner and I, so we could stay on the same page. With the ability to communicate in real time with quotes and booking contracts, Booqable exceeded my expectations.

The mobile site and pc view have slight off center discrepancies.

Booqable is useless. They have minimal features and always promise to work on "adding more". If you want a booking app that is anything above the bare bones, look elsewhere. Coupon codes? Can't get them unless you're on their unfairly priced Pro Plan. Customization options for your rentals? Good luck. The kicker is that they enforce their extremely strict no-refund policy even when they have made errors. They unfairly charged me for an extra location (I'm a tiny business just starting out...definitely not more than one location) and will not budge on the $300 dollars they owe me for that. I switched to using IZY Rent through Shopify and I am MUCH happier with my experience. I wish I didn't have to learn the hard way and lose $600. It might not seem like a lot, but when you're running a small business, it's everything.

The ability to make a website with a cart system, track inventory, customers and to create payment links.

That its not compatible with Make Automation, only Napier.

What’s I like most about Booqable is that it’s easy to use!

What I like least a about booqable is that you can’t make credit card charges on the app.

The versatility of the platform to integrate with the Shopify platform to give us more freedom with our website and overall booking experience for us as well as our customers.

Easy to use, quite a few options available.

You cannot add specific services to a product. There is a FB and Instagram icon at the bottom but no way to link them to your FB or Instagram pages.

I like the customer support and the customizability and the way it looks nice on my website. I also like the transparent pricing and features on their website.

It seems to mostly expect you to rent out products by the hour, and we do it by half day blocks, so we've had to do some workarounds to set it up the way we want, and some aspects are still a little clunky on the backend and front end as a result.

Booqable made it possible for us to launch our rental service in a very cost-efficient manner. It would not have been possible without them. Their system is very robust for the base functionaliteit of a rental system: booking, reservation and asset tracking over time. The website builder is very intuitive and you can really get great and professional results without getting into the technicalities. Also the existing links with external apps work very well. I'm particulary happy about the flexible payment and invoicing options provided by booqable and the collaboration with Stripe.

While Booqable has proven to provide great value and support for launching our rental company, it's just not quite flexible enough in some regards. For example: delivery options are very limited, it's not possible to set article (or variant) specific rental periods, pop-ups for marketing actions or mailing list subscription is not possible when using the booqable website builder, neither is a chatbot. All not really business-critical, but would be nice to have.

The feature that stood out the most to me about Booqable was its user-friendly interface. It made the process of managing rentals incredibly straightforward and efficient. Additionally, the seamless integration with other tools and the responsive customer support were major plus points. The flexibility in customization also allowed me to tailor the system to fit our specific business needs perfectly. Overall, Booqable significantly streamlined our rental operations, saving us both time and effort.

While Booqable offers many great features, I found that its pricing structure could be more transparent and flexible. The lack of detailed tutorials or guides for some advanced features was a bit challenging initially. Additionally, I encountered occasional glitches with the mobile app, which slightly hindered our on-the-go operations. Improving these areas would make the overall experience even better.

The ease of use and all the videos showing you exactly how to set different parts up. That you can create your own website front.

The only cons I can think of is some of the videos don't match up exactly with what I see on my end on the website. I'm not sure if the videos are a little older and the website has had some upgrades but overall the website is amazing
