probably maturity of user experience can be improved (exemple : some time, when we scroll the screen of a expenditure, we can involuntarily modify a field. other exemple ; expenditure filters on web site could be completed, even, improved.

Pros
I really enjoy the mobile receipt upload. This made it super easy to submit expenses and have most of the information for each expense automatically input.
Cons
The one thing I do not like is how finicky it is with the value, taxes and tips. I often had to manually change these fields to make sure the reimbursable amount was actually correct and inclusive of taxes and tips.

When the software « loses » invoices that have been scanned, and I have to pay with my personal money because I can no longer justify the expense, the staff doesn’t give a crap, and barely answered my problem with a ten days period between messages.

Nothing at all.
Cons
As user : Slow to upload receipt and need to wait quite a while before changes made can be saved. Can't view all expense line clearly and completely unless download to excel. Need to create report before expenses can be submitted to Finance dept. Status of expense/reports are so confusing and do not make sense.
As finance dept : unable to view all expenses by employees. Unable to find specific claim even when we know the employee name. Only able to view/select 50 lines of reports each time and need to go to next page to select more reports for validation. Filter sucks. No total available to check amounts to reimburse.

Maybe the most feature on Expensya is the tool what allow you to scan your ticket easily and accounting on Expensya with two clicks.
The interface is very useful and simply, but at the same time it has all the tools you need.

I'd like it to be interfaced with my amex card account, in order to align the currency rates. I always have discrepencies between the reimbursement and what I pay to Amex

In the beginning using this program I was informed that is only necessary take a picture the invoice an add invoice and add in the APP expensya. But is not trough, i'm wait from set 22 a payment of one invoice

Is ease add the invoice by picture, but is necessary more steps.
Cons
After add invoice by picture, create a report ,and waiting minimum 1 month to return the money, we are supporting a Big Company BV with employers money.
