History of each every items is most good thing.

search by serial number take some time its delay

it is easy to use. Also, being able to add item photos from a mobile device is great.

Reports dont show the data i would like to see.

not sure as it is not easy to use. much more complicated to get info re actual inventory and locations.

very confusing and difficult when compared to wasp inventory 7.3

It has a column for everything we need to input and it can be changed. The export to excel is simple as is the label maker.

When the new drop-down doesn't automatically put you on "contains" in the search.

Barcode creation and inventory tracking.

The user interface is good but can be confusing if you have staff who aren't the savviest with tech.

I like tracking system and also history ,receiving ,purchasing are very easy and comfortable.

everything is very easy and comfortable.

Ease of use, I can scan my items in and keep my inventory flowing

Sometimes it takes time to upload the new data when I'm in a rush

It also helps you to improve your efficiency and accuracy. 2) As it is a Cloud based solution you can access it from any system and you don't have to depend on particular pc or laptop. 3) It doesn't requires any installation, just login it and start work. 4) It helps you to streamline your all warehouse activities like inward, outward, storage, cycle count etc.

We are using it since several years and never faced any difficulties with it so far.

Very easy it is to track items down and manage orders and recalls when necessary.

Functionality can vary depending on what mobile device you use.

1) Easy to use. Unique user interface. 2) Can be access from anywhere so you don't have to depends on particular system. 3) You can use mobile scanners for inward and outward operations.

We never faced any issue with it till now.

The product Is difficult at first without training. But it does help us keep our inventory up to date

My favorite feature with the InventoryCloud is the detailed and visually appealing reports that it provides. This gives us very good overall insights.

I do not have any particular dislikes with InventoryCloud. All the features are very good

This tool is very easy to use and automates ordering POs from various vendors

While using this product, I've only encountered issues a couple of times and they were quickly resolved by contacting support.
The one con I do have is old protocol settings for email.

there are not preset roles, we need to create them and the access is not very well explained.

Easy to use, has all needed features. Our company is part of the free trade zone regime in Costa Rica and it meets all the needed requierments.

Customer support is really hard to reach.

Cloud makes it easy to keep proper inventory controls.

After updates every custom screen/menu reverts back to default causing me to have to change it back to my preferred setting.

Inventory cloud is very impactful. below are the some point which i wanted to share..1.Improved inventory accuracy.2.better inventory control3.enhanced efficiency4.better decision-making5. Mobility6. cost effectiveand yes it is easy to use with some software solution based on their knowledge and skills.

ease of use and great customer service if needed.

It has a lot of features and it is easy to manage

Difficult in training users and the learning curve is quite steep
