Customer Service is always available and when we run into a problem it's easily resolved.

There are so many bells and whistles. Honestly, we don't use it to it's full capacity but, even so it's far and away better than the others in the market.

Jackrabbit allows us to keep all the information with in a push of a button. The ability to make spread sheets to manage budgets, billing and enrollments. Everything in one tool

Hard to make or have trouble making group or grouping for email purposes, can only do it with a class or family.

The best part about Jackrabbit is the fantastic, immediate, and readily available customer service.

Jackrabbit doesn't integrate classes and events calendar. We have to constantly look at two different views to manage our workflow and employee schedules. We have to create a Google calendar to keep it all in one view, which no one should have to do when paying for a top tier booking service like this. It's a major flaw.

Its pretty good with many features & myself and my staff are comfortable using it. The customer service is great.

There have been many significant rollouts/updates over the last few years that come too fast/too many close together, and that have been released before glitches were found. There have been times when these "updates" have cost my buisness money. I also do not like that they ask for ideas or feedback, but do not incorporate them. The attendance feature has needed an update for years!

the registration of children, ease of finding kids in the system, and some of the payment processing is easy

wish we could get the attendance system to be more in line with our curriculum and would text parents for us.

It is easy to use as a coach in terms of clocking in and out and taking attendance. It meets most of our needs and is somewhat straightforward. I like that it is easy to connect to a person associated with the business when help is needed.

It's not very intuitive and many of the features fall short of ideal. When issues or suggestions are presented to support staff they are often acknowledged and agreed upon but not actually addressed. The idea portal alone shows how much room for improvement there is, and the fact that some ideas have been voted on hundreds of times and years ago shows that improvements are made slowly if at all.

Jackrabbit has SO MANY features - and amazing customer service. I probably don't use all of the features they offer but very exceptional product. Been using them for over 10 years!

Not the least expensive but you get what you pay for!

Class Management features, payments, website integration, Zapier integration

Lack of additional mobile friendly options to provide customer with access via mobile devices. Integration options with third party applications (Jackrabbit is increasingly adding more options which is great). It would be great to provide a way to track service requests from customers inside Jackrabitt, requests for make-ups, transfers, cancellations,with email or text integration. We currently manage this type of requests outside Jackrabbit.

I like how easy it is to schedule/set up new classes, and I like how easy it is to manage both employees and customers.

The fact that you can only automatically apply credit card fees if you use JackRabbit Pay.

We love all of the user-friendly features in jackrabbit. It makes it easy for us to help our customers and for them to take control of their own accounts in many ways.

We are really struggling with the current options to integrate texting. Twilio has been a nightmare to work with although the jackrabbit team has been wonderful in assisting us through the process.

Parent Portal- Love that our parents can do everything online. It is very easy for them to do this. I am not sure what we integrate with except for our payroll.

My least favorite is that JR does not allow us to change the start/ enroll date. Currently we have to drop the enrollment and re-enroll them to be able to change the start date. It should be a modifiable field.

Needed a system that would be user friendly as an administrator, as well as for my staff and families. This system met those needs and more. The finance structure was easy to set up and is a great way to keep everything in one place to track what each family owes.

When families are paying for something, they have to go through so many steps to process their payment, it can become confusing and in some cases, the payment does not process because of incomplete steps.

JR helps with almost all of our customer management from enrollment, absence and makeup management, customer communication and of course almost all of our tuition collection.

Occasionally we look for a feature within the software that we wish existed to help sync how JR relates to both the running of our gym and how we operate with customers. When this isn't something that exists we need to adapt how we want to do things.

All information and classes available in one secure location

If children enrolled in a class that is multiple days and different costs each day it does not calculate correctly when they have a day that falls on a holiday. Cannot select different costs for each day for one class.

I like that I am able to put most of the information that our company has in regards to our services in one place.

With the volume of the things we have, it can be overwhelming to navigate quickly when we need to find something.
I wish there were more automated services.
I would love to see more HR related things for the staff portal.

Easy to use and great snapshots of important info on homepage. Auto-pay is easy to set up and use. Has tons of options for different types of programs.

Website will stop responding during peek hours once or twice a month

Would be nice task important have more friendly way to find under profiles to add new classes or camps without that much steps to add them

It’s easy to learn how to use it, and it has so many features that make the business admin look professional. If I need any questions answers, I can either look in the question and answers guide, or I can contact Support and they arrange a phone meeting and always help to sort it out.

Sometimes I will set up certain functions and they don’t seem to always come through the other end. For example, I’ve asked it to pro rata classes but it doesn’t seem to pro rata all the classes that I’ve asked it to. It also does not send emails out to every clients as I have had issues with some parents not receiving emails.

Jackrabbit is very easy to use and there are many great features. My favorite is the billing & fixed fees system.

There is almost too many features sometimes. We do not use a lot of sections. We do also have issues with the system going down during the busiest times.

Very user friendly. Easy to navigate. Makes my job easier. Customer portal is very user friendly too.

there are come features that could use improvement. there are tickets that are open that would make split billing easier on us.

It has seemed to be system down a little more frequently than hoped recently.

Jackrabbit has helped us so much with payments. We had quite a few families who were not paying on a timely manner or if at all. And now we don’t have that problem. We love have it organizes all the families information. I can access phone number, emergency contacts at anytime. Super easy online registration.Learning how to use Jackrabbit, was easy for the most part. But it has great “help” options when you run into something a bit more difficult.

I don’t have many complaints, other then, I wish that when I set up the columns on what I want to see on like on the all family page, that the columns would stay that way every time I went to the all families page (or all student page, or all classes page) their are some items on the columns that I don’t need to see every time, or if at all. And it’s just annoying I have to set them up the way I like every time!

We use this for everything. Special events, birthdays, fundraisers, trials, classes, make up classes, clinics. You name it we use jackrabbit for it. We never have an issue, and the parent portal is a great feature. We require pre-registration and payment for a Vance and jackrabbit is the reason we’re able to do that. Were able to easily send emails to confirm event enrollment, and to confirm payment. Updating billing info through the parent portal is easy, and running 750 tuition payments on a monthly schedule goes smoothly and quickly.

My only complaint about this software is that somethings require more clicking than they should. As well as the parent portal payments must be manually ran, instead of being automatically around when someone signs up for an event and inputs their credit card information.

Jackrabbit is easy to use. Billing is easy, managing classes is a snap. Customer service is outstanding! If I can't find what I need through help I can submit a ticket and customer service responds promptly.

That it doesn't automatically charge the card when customers enroll through the portal.When a student is marked as absent prior to class it doesn't show on the class roll report. We use printed & online attendance as a double check of which students are in the building. Closed dates show on the class rolls & internal calendar making it a bit tough to schedule make up dates.
