All the functions it has to work with pdf are the necessary ones to be able to convert, compress and transform in a very fast and simple way, that is what I like the most, the ease that this platform has to provide the service without complications or long step by step. Before, doing these processes was difficult and time-consuming, now everything is easier

This is the best app easy to use very friendly you don't need to provide training to your employees as very easy interface even new person can use it.

While i convert my pdf in word or other formate they don't convert according to format they misplace some words lines or tables

Previously editing a PDF was almost impossible or you had to do it through many tools that allowed it, with Smallpdf that is a thing of the past for me because it has allowed me to work with PDF files much more easily and edit it when I need to very quickly. Not only does it have the tool to edit it, I can also convert it to another format or reduce the size when it is too large.

Easy to use, so many features. I mainly used it to work with PDFs. Adobe (the free version) has its limitations to edit and sign PDFs which is extremely annoying and I'm not paying their ridiculous price just to edit/sign a PDF. Smallpdf was heaven sent. I edit and sign all PDFs on there. Won't ever use anything els!

The price. It gives you a limit as to how many times you can edit a PDF each day for free, so if I need to correct an error or update a PDF I edited, let's say, an hour earlier, I can't and get a pay wall. You get like 2-3 times in a day as the limit.

Even the free version is useful for urgent work. Usually there are urgent tasks where I need to reduce the size of a document, so it has become an application that I enjoy using.

It needs to stand out among its competitors. It is easy to use, it always ranks high in ads, but if I am on another site at that moment and it can handle my job, I am not necessarily looking for this Smallpdf. Binding, sustainable policies can be produced.

So I mean this. For example, when I need to translate a document or image, I should think of typing Smallpdf instead of typing "Jpeg to PDF". Of course, this is not a negative situation for me, but it is for Smallpdf.

The main advantage of smallpdf is that it provides the Adobe PDF Premium features like merging pdf files, compressing pdf files, and converting pdf files to doc files for free. Also it works really well on a web browser.

Smallpdf is not advanced enough to replace Adobe. The UI is basic and does not give a seamless feel to read pdf files. Also, the pdf to doc conversion lacks advanced features like AI support.

Still I am using this but I don't find any problem with this Smallpdf

The free trial is actually worthy, with a lot of Pdf work possibilities.

The signature didn't work at first, maybe a browser issue.

It allows me to better manage PDF documents by being able to compress when they are very large files and being able to edit the original PDF file with text or images. All its functions make it easier to work with PDF and from my mobile it is also magnificent with the application that never fails

There are multiple things that you can do with the free version. It is pretty awesome. We convert multiple pdf's into one single one consistently, and it's easy to do!

The face of the website looks a little sketchy, I don't find it eye-appealing but it does work!

The overall easy to use interface allows me to get in, get the function I need, and complete the task in short order.

The editing features could be a bit more user friendly; it didn't quite have the ease of use of EscapePDF.

Before we found Smallpdf we had a hard time getting all the PDFs together for the doctors to read. Now all we have to do is open smallpdf and drag and drop and we now only have to deal with one easy to read doc.

I'm not a big fan of the pricing. I know they have to make money and that most businesses can easily pay for such a service. But even if you do pay, you may not get all the features unless you pay more. Should be one flat rate fee for all the features and be done.

I did not like anything, its a scam and people should avoid it.

I tried using smallpdf and did not intend to buy a one-year subscription. They had something hidden in terms and conditions, and I accepted them. I asked the support, telling them I was not using the tool. And I want a refund for the remaining period, but all they reply is this:

'I can confirm that we won't be moving forward with your refund request. Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our customers and accepting the Terms and Conditions is a mandatory step for any type of account creation.'

The businesses are here to support the customers and help them even if they are on mistake. But smallpdf has given me really bad experience by charging me $150cad for the service that I don't use.

I will suggest other guys to use alternatives of smallpdf without hidden agreements for payments.

I like it because it helps me when it comes to setting up my documents like doing a signatures and submitting it to my team lead on time because Smallpdf was effective.

Smallpdf I like it overall until now it gives me convenient time when submitting a documents.

The best part is, it has Mobile version, Desktop verson and web extension verson. It is very good to use and very much user friendly. I can edit and compress my pdf file with it.

In my opinion, they should consider incorporating additional features, like an expanded selection of signature templates and enhanced customization options.
