Making updates can be A little time consuming

SmarterSigns is easy to customize whether you have a full marketing team or not. It's easy to edit, schedule, and update as needed, and the stable connection is golden.

The price and having to use your equipment.

Easy to use and I am able to customize.

When you click on a word the font and color changes. Some functions take several steps to do.
I called for help and the person I spoke to did not seem like they wanted to help.

The set up part was the worst. After I figured it our with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] it was A LOT easier

This software allows us, as a country club, to keep our members up to date on upcoming events going on around the Club. It also gives us the ability to showcase photos of our Club, which can be great when we have guests visiting the Club.

It can be difficult to update certain slides where you may schedule it to have a certain transition but once you click on something else it doesn't save that transition and you have to start back from scratch. There are some finnicky pieces to the software for sure.

Simple yet elegant in its operation, it gives you the ability to Advertise not simply create signage.

Can't think of any cons. In fact, I was never trained to use the program and taught myself over the course of an afternoon. It's that intuitive!

Communication to families and residents, staff improved because of Smartersign.

Would like to upload posters previously made. Is this an option?

The simplicity of usage and tech support are my favorite.

Unable to delete older content due to usage from past. Though tech support may be able to assist with this issue too. They are super fabulous.

The product is currently not easy to use due to no proper training

I have no training. I would need more to utilize the system properly

Allows information to be spread to multiple sites. It's eye drawing and gets attention of the employees. Employees are more likely to notice and read than something posted on a bulletin board.

There aren't any cons that I can think of.

I like The ability to change the content daily

Repeating the data entry for duplicate signs

I like the way it looks. I don't really like much else about it.
The customer Service is always great.

I hate that we can not program the menus for multiple weeks. I hate that we have to go week by week, it takes forever. There should be no reason as to why there isn't a calendar that we can pick which dates we want a program to run on.

I like the ability to customize the screens, the schedule, and different channels.

The box that connects the software to our TV's tend to not work very long term. Seems like every year or so we need to replace the old one.

Customer service and ease of use. Always someone available to talk too.

Template design can get tricky. The scheduling of content could be easier. Free text date and times instead of arrow controls.

The ease at which to update my screens . I can log on right from my computer and update all 6 of my displays

With it being so very easy to use, and drag and drop features, old buzzards like me can figure it out

At first it looked very complicated but once you started it was easy to set up and use.

That it does not connect to our menu system and for things to be a one stop system

I just love how easy it is to use. I love how when I have problems I call and it gets resolved quickly.

There is nothing least about it. It is a very good software.

One of the most impactful aspects of this software is being able to administer changes from a remote location.

One of the things that I like least about he software is the inability to view the screen as they play from a remote location. I'm not always on property to monitor the screens. It would be nice to view more than a screenshot of each screen.
