Pros
Mostly I like in fourth, that you have all work related tools in it, rota holiday request, payslips. And everything relating job role.
Cons
The program is only available in work place, you can only opt in to get payslips by email. Not very simple to use.
If it was available everywhere, and the use was easier that would be perfect.
