The experience overall has been outstanding. Document360 is a reliable, secure platform that's made document management and collaboration much easier. Document360 has a simple and easy-to-use interface thar makes uploading, organizing, and sharing documents a breeze.
Cons
One thing I found lacking in Document360 is the search functionality. Rest everything is fine for us. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great document sharing tool!.

Easy to use, yet the suite of publishing and admin tools is comprehensive.
Cons
The document review process with stakeholders could be aided by having a way to share a link to an unpublished document.
Currently, there is no way for team members to see an article preview without also having an account, so we must resort to either publishing the document prematurely or generating a PDF, which is not ideal.
Technical Support for specific issues can be hit and miss at times.

Pros
An exceptional knowledgebase that has truly transformed the way of managing and sharing the information. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to create and edit the content with the minimal technical expertise. The best part is that multiple team members can work at the same time.
The customer support is always ready to assist with the queries and handle them on priority. It has come out to be a game changer for our knowledgebase and has enhanced the overall customer experience. Would highly recommend.
Cons

We have been using Document360 for a while now and my experience has generally been positive. Minor performance issues were there in between not always but all these were quickly addressed by their support team, so we didnt face much trouble with our workflow

My overall experience with Document360 has been positive. The support has always been quick and top-notch. Though there may be issues occasionally, document 360 is always attentive to them and resolves them quickly. I enjoy using the editor and interface. The system is very intuitive for our readers and is one of our top priorities as an organization. Each of these things has created a positive experience.
Pros
I like the visual appeal of Document 360 and its intuitive admin platform. I was a first-time knowledge base manager and was able to hop in and learn the system easily.
Cons
The article editor can cause formatting issues from time to time. This can slow progress on articles or create design issues when it comes to an article's layout.

I've been using Document360 for our internal knowledge base, which is privately accessed. It's been a great experience overall. The platform is flexible enough to meet our specific needs, and the support team has been fantastic. What I like best is how easy it is to use and their outstanding customer support. They've been incredibly proactive in helping us with configuration changes and design requests. I never had to follow up on anything we asked for - their tracking and follow-up are solid. The features are intuitive, and I especially appreciate how well it handles custom JavaScript. We use a lot of it, and Document360 accommodates it without any issues. If you're looking for a reliable, customizable knowledge base solution with great customer service, I'd definitely recommend giving Document360 a try.

Pros
I loved all the functionality it had. The different category structures, the ease of use, the glossary and little features that were icing on the cake.
Cons
I was not a huge fan of their customer support. They were a bit confusing when talking to them. They also CC'd me on emails for other businesses communicating with support. I was having to email them and let them know to stop CCing me. It was very strange. The software itself is amazing.

Pros
Robust system with many features, yet is very usable and easy to on-board new users and casual users, which lessens the burden on the primary writer to create all content. Other people can draft and review and main writer/editor can edit and publish.
Cons
Although it's easy to learn, there are a few things that are quirky and require special attention to understand it and not break something.

Easy set-up and use (intuitive), the KB was embedded into the product up and running with our clients in a matter of days.3. Offers URL Mapping so your KB shows only what your users need at that time without losing the chance to search in the whole KB.4. Great integrations with other tools.

1. It only 1 support 1 language language in the lowest tiers: If your KB only needs 1 language and is different from english, you'll need to step up to the next package to support "Multilingual" and then select your language as de default.2. Would like more flexibility in the design and layout in general.

- The text editor isn't the most intuitive to use and lacks features compared to competitors in the market. I'm excited to see the new editor as it is very one track at the moment with not a lot of tools to help make your content stand out. For this reason as well it maybe doesn't offer the same value for money as other platforms out there.

Pros
Document360 made it easy to stand up a complete Knowledge Center in a short period of time. The Customer Happiness Team is nothing short of exceptional; their responsiveness, flexibility, and customer service are better than any company I’ve worked with - and their customization team was just as wonderful at helping us to quickly and efficiently create a beautiful, branded site.
Cons
The lack of inline commenting - though that is included in an upcoming release.

Cons
There is no way to make in-line comments or suggested changes, which really limits is functionality for getting feedback.
