My overall experience with Grammarly Business has been really positive. It’s super helpful for improving writing across the team, catching mistakes, and making sure our messages are clear and professional. While it can be a little expensive and some suggestions don’t always fit, it’s definitely worth it for how much time and effort it saves.
Pros
It checks for spelling, grammar, and even the tone of messages, which makes communication clearer and easier to understand. It saves a lot of time by catching mistakes quickly.
Cons
What I liked least about Grammarly Business is that sometimes it suggests changes that don’t fit the context or tone you’re going for. Also, it can get a bit pricey, especially for small teams or businesses with tight budgets.

Grammarly business was helpful for writing assistance in a professional setting. No one has that much time to check and write each and every email, message and this tool is percect to take help from. It helped me maintain consistent professional communication and provided real time suggestions for grammar, spelling, clarity and style.
Pros
The professional terms and business terms used in this are great and just perfect to use in corporate settings.
Cons
Some areas can be a little slow and can be improved. Sometimes language might be a little inconsistent.

Great Writing Checking Tool
Reviewed on 12/7/2024
Pros
It is incredibly easy to setup within the organization and use.
Most of the spelling and punctuation errors are covered by it.
Cons
Sometimes suggestions are misleading and wrong.
Confusion between the languages can still happen and suggest things that no one wants changed (places or names).
Some style suggestions are questionable.
Limited to English only and thus not flexible enough.

Overall, I really enjoy using Grammarly at work, as well as at home, since it helps me be clear in my writing. I send emails, messages, texts, and more, every week at work, and so this tool helps me be more productive.
Pros
I use Grammarly at work and at home as well. I love how it's able to give good suggestions on how we can improve our writing. I use it when writing emails, when writing in a word document, when doing written assignments online for classes, etc. I view it as a super convenient tool to use to improve my writing.
Cons
I do not like how some suggestions may sound off to me, however, I like to accept the changes that Grammarly provides so that I can learn something new every time I use it.

Pros
This software provides suggestions to rewrite reports and sentences. It also provides tips, suggestions and improve writing in ways how you want to convey the message. It has provided me so many benefits in my writing skills as I use this tool all the time.
Cons
I sometimes do not like it to be in the way when I am doing a project, and it is very hard to move the icon to another place. There are also at times when it does not have any suggestions or assistance where it limits the context understanding. I am hoping there will be AI included in the software in the future where it can provide examples of various forms of writing by me answering only questions.

Catering Business requirement of formal communication, an organisation can use suite of tools for its advantage . Grammarly has made good use of AI in inter communication and intra communication between organisations across the global market.
Pros
Its AI model is well trained and it will get better by time. This feature of Brand tone is great, it helps set an outline for a brand. Organisations can less emphasize on communication skills for a skilled recruit by using grammarly. This strategy has worked for us. The tool is able to set the tone and intensity of speech in almost any situation. Service based organisation like us have benefitted largely.
Cons
Language support is limited. I think grammarly can spread its wings to help with many other global languages. Vocabulary enhancement should not be charged as premium feature.

As part of a company in South Florida I have to do my utmost to make my language understandable and sufficiently formal to both an English and Spanish audience. Grammarly proves a major asset in accomplishing this.
Pros
Grammarly's contextual sentence correction tools are invaluable when trying to set a tone for company emails. When sending out several emails a day to customers/clients it's essential to maintain the correct mode of speaking.
Cons
Nothing in particular. Very important to be able to double check your writing.

Grammerly is one of those rare applications that seem to simply get it right. It offers a limited specific set of services and performs them all exceptionally well. I can even say that on several occasions I've had reason to contact their customer service and it was exemplary every time. It seemed like a team of highly skilled and highly motivated folks working together to make a great product. They listened, responded and acted at a level rarely seen in the software industry.
Pros
I like it's ease of use - a single click on a suggested correction will execute it. I like most grammatical suggestions, although I'm confidfent enough in my wrting skill that i can ignore grammar suggestions when I think they serve only to skim nuance from my sentences. I like that some grammatical usages and dictionary entries can be customized for the company, while others can be stored by individual user. And I really like the Productivty Summary that arrives in my Inbox every Monday morning - it is a fun and engaging piece of analysis and the measures it relays actually do matter..
Cons
Because it works seamlessly with every application I use, and it doesn't force me to write in a voice that's not my own, I find little to complain about with Grammerly. My "usage" scores often seem low but there are a certain set of constructs that are simply part of my style; they don't offend anyone I care about, their meaning is clear and therefore I reject the notion that they're not grammatical. This is what consisently lowers my usage score. I shall praise grammerly with faint damnation when I suggest that the one area I would really like to see improved is the analytics. It would be great for users to be able to access much more detail about their usage and productivty over extended periods of time, and compares these to other employees within the company and to the universe outside.

Overall, Grammarly is useful as it provides a positive service without hindering the way people work - it's non-intrusive. That being said, it isn't really cheap so worth considering if you need it for your business. Also the above cons do hider the functionality sightly
Pros
Grammarly is overall a useful tool for our business
1. The suggestions work in the web and most apps across the computer, so it integrates well into everyday work without changing people's workflows much
2. The tone suggestions are genuinly useful, and I do catch myself using a bad tone sometimes with it and change it to be more helpful
3. The 'brand dictionary' is useful to exclude specific words from being flagged up
Cons
1. There isn't a way to exclude a certain paragraph of text from Grammarly suggestions. For example, we have a paragraph of text at the bottom of every email we send and this always comes up with red lines over it which is annoying because we do not need it to check that text
2. The analytics is rather barebones, it's not terrible but I would like some more options to dive deeper into.
3. For me, sometimes the lines under the words do not line up right on my screen which causes red lines to appear randomly on my screen which isn't nice to look at.

It is just a great and simple tool for people who need to utilize a non-native language on a daily/ frequent basis. I have found it very valuable not only to avoid typical mistakes/ typos but to also adjust the writing structure and wording according to the tone/ modulation I like to express (AI-based feature).
Pros
Easiness to utilize and enable.
Key tool when it comes to managing a non-native language the right way; avoid unnecessary 'typos'.
Very nice AI and writing "style detector" that lets you take your paragraph to the next level.

It's simple and not much assisted it won't give you the trust to see an AI is assisting on this and you think is just a program that fixes grammar and may be wrong so is not really trustable to me and keep on looking for better easy correct tool with levels or class of what you want to fix with; composition, check only, book writing,... etc.
Pros
That is good for companies because does not really help in all the content but makes it open for others also to critique and change the meaning because not everybody or this AI is going to say the last word. So it's open.
Cons
For one person or 2 is not good... it push you to accept as it says it is but content may not be as you like; therefore is more for a discussible type of group but it works but most other programs do as well the same thing.
