The ability to book my parking spot in advance and have it guaranteed.

I wish that their were more real-time notifications around when parking spots are released by others.

The App is very very easy to use. Its great.

You can only book 2 weeks in advance but it’s also good so that other people get a fair chance of securing a space

From an administrator point of view I believe their Reporting could be improved by making titles more specific.

Ease of use, interface is good and the app loads quickly.

Sometimes there are a number of screens to click through to book a space.

The customer service is next level. I weigh the value of their service equally to the value of the tool.

The algorithm works fantastic for staff who don't have a preference on parking space, there is a preference feature that can accommodate these people, however, if it were an option to be able to hand select the stall you wanted, that would be a great option!

Wayleadr is a fantastic invention for parking management. It is such an easy app to use and navigate through, I never had any problems booking a parking spot using this app. I really enjoy the fact that I could drive into the office and book a parking spot right before arriving via their "check availability" feature. The ability to add as many vehicles as possible under your profile is also an excellent feature and you can easily switch in between prior to booking a spot.

I could not fault this app. There are no cons about this application.

Sometimes people forget or don't bother to release their carpark. Would be great if there was some kind of motive (aside from the reminder emails) to release their parks.

people not releasing spaces when not in use makes it hard to judge where to park. often 100% full on the app and 70% in reality.

Always able to get a space even at short notice using the app which is quick and easy to use

The only issue is that sometimes I am allocated one of the most furthest away spaces and have to drive past a lot of empty spaces

Wayleadr has a slick UI and app. I haven't had a single problem with it. I'm pretty surprised at how quickly it can sync my new reservation with the parking garage. Overall I'm really happy with the wayleader app and its customer support.

There isn't enough incentive for people who don't use their parking spaces to give them up. It's great that you can enter the lottery for the week in advance, however, which makes it much easier to plan.
