The fact that how the signature looks in the editor doesn't necessarily relate to how it appears in your Outlook signature (for example in terms of indent, font size, bold etc). > > Frustrating. I have managed to find a work around in most cases, after spending a lot of time, but it still doesn't operate in the way I would like it to. Once you understand how it allocates each signature its so simple. You need to ensure your 365 data on your employees is all filled in correctly, but once this is done the whole segmentation is great.
