Pros
Has great value and great support to help get your team up to speed and quickly. The longer you use this software the more you'll like it
Cons
Not every report is customizable and to get them you have to request them from the company at an additional cost.

TMS that creates value!

Great support, both for users and IT integration. Web interface for load tenders and acceptance received excellent feedback from carrier community for ease of use compared to others in the marketplace.
Pros
Value for your investment. ROI is excellent.
Cons
Canned reports are not very useful, however custom report requests were completed very quickly and at a reasonable fee.
