The consistent customer service. No matter who helped you, you always received someone who was committed to solving your problem.

Cons

Not being able to have phone support was an adjustment but the chat and zooms are awesome to use. Just a different pace.

Horrible. Costs too much for the subscription and their system is not very intuitive. It takes few extra steps to do anything in the system. Extra steps create a lot of places where mistakes can be made, especially when it comes to scheduling.

Pros

It is generally easy to learn out of the box, however there is definitely learning involved.

Cons

The POS system is a joke and they force you to utilize them as a Merchant Processesor. Their rates are competitive with other premier solutions like Square, but they literally give you a $0.50 magnetic card swiper from China to process the payments. The alternative is to buy a glorified card reader for $150 (literally a block that is a glorified magnetic card swiper) that interfaces with your iPad through Bluetooth. If you have every used Bluetooth technology on your phone, you know how horribly unreliable that it can be. If the device times out when you're taking payment, be prepared to ask your clients to wait while you spend 5-10 minutes making sure that the devices are back on line. The

Booker was good, but ever since they got acquired by MindBody, it has been the bastard step-child acquisition that no one cares about. Full of glitches and down all the time.

Cons

Cost per text and email, Initial set up I didn’t receive all the information that I needed, and some charges and dysfunction were revealed

Pros

I like how customizable everything is. With running a medical spa & a facial bar we have a lot of specific times / treatments. It’s so easy to create and edit everything! I also love that there is a place to submit requests for changes and new ideas!

Cons

The only thing I wish I could change is to make the appointment service modifiers assignable to employees! This is such a specific, weird request and it's in no way affecting how we operate on a day to day basis so I don't really care that much!

Boulevard is user friendly. for the high price tag i had expected a few more features it seems like a relatively new software as they say theyre working on a lot of features alot. you cant invoice clients, or clients cant see any credit on their account or use it to pay the deposit.

Pros

The transfer from zenoti was easy. they were very helpful everything transfered over fine except one package and our rep went through and manually switched it themselves.

Cons

The deposit feature is all or nothing. Clients that already have account credit or vouchers (packages) are still required to pay deposit and its a bit annoying for them and use to figure out how to refund. it seems like alot of cc fees for money i cant keep.

So far it's been going well. We have been using Boulevard for over a year and it's leaps and bounds better than our previous booking software. It's customizable and continually updating.

Pros

That is has all the features we need in one app. Online booking, retail, POS, texting, marketing, sales tracking, inventory...It does it all!

Cons

It's very easy to double book, overbook or book a service provider out of their availability.

Booker was not very user friendly. It had very limited capabilities with what you could do. We needed a separate marketing suite and separate way to text with clients. That was cumbersome and time consuming

Pros

Boulevard is extremely efficient. The site encompasses all the features our med spas use daily. Clients are able to self book, cancel, reschedule and call through this secured site. We especially love that boulevard has their own mobile pay device. Often times clients do have the physical credit card on them so these devices are useful to collect large payments.

Cons

There aren't many cons to Boulevard. The site truly has every feature a business owner could think of. It rarely ever goes down.

Very many options and way to use!! Love when I’m notified when someone canceled or scheduled appts. I love the option to choose what notification you get.

Cons

When someone moves their sport out does not notify you who moved. So then you’ll have random opening in your schedule and i don’t know who was there. It would be nice to have a button to click to see who canceled or moved from that spot.

Overall Boulevard has been an upgrade for our salon in both the interface and customer service aspects. There are many features which allow for a smooth and seamless experience, with only a few clunkier features (mentioned above) that would make for an overall excellent experience if adjusted.

Pros

Boulevard is a very user friendly platform which has enabled a smooth and seamless transition over from our previous booking system. Their integrated FAQ's help with nearly every question you may have, and if there isn't an answer within their pages the live help desk is always available and ready to assist you.

Cons

There are a few features which are a little clunky and could use some upgrades. The most noticeable is the "add on" feature which only allows you to adjust the last appointment booked within a string of multiple appointments for one client. This forces you to cancel off all appointments within one block and re-book if clients want to upgrade an add on last minute. The other feature that could use some work is when multiple appointments are booked under one name, but two separate clients want to split the cost of the appointments. There is no feature which allows you to separate the booking into two transactions, so the only option is to remove the service and re-book it under another name. This makes for a clunkier client experience. The last feature that could use some work is from the client interface via the online booking platform. All clients have an integrated profile both internally and externally, but we have received many complaints that there is not a way for clients to go in an adjust, cancel, or check upcoming appointments externally. We are always happy to help clients on our end, but most clients would prefer to have more access to their booked appointments during our non operating hours.

This is the best booking software on the market. I highly recommend this product for booking, accounting, and managing your business. They have great customer service and are always available to help. Not to mention there online classes are great for teaching how to use the platform. It’s the apple of booking software.

Currently their app version for iPhone and android are not as sophisticated as their online platform.

Pros

Boulevard is easy to use for front desk and clinical staff. The multiple views and intuitive features make it easy to train new staff. It has a variety of business tracking tools that can be customized in many ways.

Cons

Customer service through the chat system is not the most versed. Does have infrequent times of "downtime" which can be disruptive to business flow.

Pros

This platform has significantly improved our customer relations for me. With built-in appointment management tools, automatic reminders, and a personalized interface, we've found our clients are more engaged and satisfied. The ability to personalize our communications has been an advantage, as we can create messages that fit our brand personality and the specific needs of our customers.

Cons

This is a very complete and sophisticated platform, so it can be a bit overwhelming at first to get familiar with all its functions and features. Although the support team offers excellent assistance and training, it still takes some getting used to with all the available options.
