Absolute basics are fine but overall it's super frustrating as the menu system still shows all the features, but inevitably you just get pinged over to an upgrade page. Honestly if you're starting out DON'T go with Hubspot since you'll likely need to suffer the disruption of moving away on cost grounds. Their PRO plan is ridiculously expensive for the immediate next tools a growing SME needs.

Pros

The Hubspot UI in general is clearer and their email builder less laggy or buggy than some other CRM's we've used.
Basics like import and export of contacts is very easy to do.
Custom fields easy to setup.

Cons

Absolutely detest their pricing structure and use of paid marketing contact thresholds. Of ALL the many software packages we use the Hubspot pricing is the most complicated and infuriating. There is also a simply MASSIVE jump up in cost from their Starter plan to the PRO plan. And guess what so very many of the pretty essential marketing tool (split tests, automation etc etc) are only available on the PRO plan. It's just ridiculous that Starter is £14/mo per seat and the PRO plan is £700pm + £40/mo per seat!! Talk about NOT offering a transition plan for their customers as they grow.

There’s definitely a learning curve with all the features, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a powerful system. It’s helped our team stay organized and has definitely boosted our marketing efficiency.

What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how easy it makes everything by keeping all my marketing tools in one place. The platform is super user-friendly, so it doesn’t take long to get campaigns up and running. Many of the materials that support our content are created using the HubSpot Marketing Hub software. Mostly to simplify the process of setting up landing pages, forms, and parent email campaigns. The reports that marketing and data analysts receive are of a high standard and can be as thorough or as brief as they need. The lead generation process is automated, and our sales reps have real-time data on their top leads. All in all, we're pleased with the user interface and the helpful information it provides.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use the HubSpot and how I can schedule emails and reuse existing ones. This allows marketers to collaborate on improving the lead generation process. I can trust HubSpot Marketing Hub to keep my important assets safe.

Cons

The design elements were the most challenging aspects. It relied heavily on pre-made templates and required familiarity with CSS or HTML to customize. It took a while to get the desired effect after making adjustments that didn't stick, such as trying to center an object or change the font.

Easy to create emails, forms, "landing pages", and automated flows for contacts. It works especially well if you can link up zapier to automate adding contacts and export records instantly

Cons

Wish it had more email deliverability insight or tools to use. You'll likely send hundreds of emails with your domain so deliverability and domain health is important

HubSpot Marketing Hub has pretty much everything you might need from Email marketing to website/landingpage/blog management and social media postings. Having everything under one tool is very important for me

Cons

There are some limitations that come along the packages and can restrict the operations as some of the best features require an upgrade. But you definitely get started with the free/"cheap" packages as well.

I truly love their program and I recement people to use this HubSpot marketing it make your worker easy, fast and professional. this is one of the best platforms with marketing, sales and customer support.it has its own CMS and they a powerful marketing and sale automation.

Pros

The contacts to email and social marketing it's efficient and user friendly. I sometimes had a problem to login, but they assisted me fast. Marketing hubs allow us to aggregate our efforts to a single location and tool. The ability to build, deliver and track in one location is amazing.

Cons

HubSpot has annual contracts, meaning you that you have to pay for the complete period even if you terminate early

Another thing I like was that the support team was very quick and helpful. It integrates easy with other Hubspot services or other third party apps as well.
