Overall, I am grateful for PayTraqer because it saves me many hours of data entry. It pays for itself every time I use it.

Pros

PayTraqer is the only software I have found that can effectively integrate the myriad of transaction types we have with QB. Others claim to do so, but their functionality is very limited.

Cons

The sync process is slow. I have to review each transaction to make sure my customization rules are applying correctly, which is quite tedious. Also, the process for building rules could be simpler.

I highly reccomend PayTraqer. It will save lots of time with the integration to QBO. And, uncommon today, the support I received was efficeint and hepful all with a pleasant attitude.

Pros

I love the fact that I can automate the process of data entry into Quickbooks. This allows me to free up time to actually grow the business.

Cons

I wish it worked directly with Airbnb so I wouldn't have to manually enter the data into quickbooks.

Pros

Ease of use with a multitude of options, including custom rules. We use it to sync WooCommerce and Stripe transactions with our QBO account and PayTraQer makes it a breeze.

Cons

So far, it's been all good. Any minor issues we have faced have been promptly attended to by their CS team.

Pros

The white glove treatment beyond exceeded my expectations. It was a one-hour one-on-one consultation and [sensitive content hidden] hung in with me patiently teaching me all the features and when we didn't know something she reviewed and came back with answers. It turned into 2 hours and she said I will stay with you until you are all set.

Cons

We are learning how authorize.net does not have an area for product SKU and we are looking into that. So I don't need to manually edit the invoice.

Pros

Very easy to set up and use. Great client support. Needed a solution that required some development work. The SaasAnt team, specifically [sensitive content hidden], addressed my enhancement request and delivered a great solution.

Cons

Most of my set up was by trial and error. Not the best way to implement a new integration, but in the end worked out very well.

I like the accuracy of the information that comes over from square into QBO. I never worry about missing a transaction and it makes me confident in my reports

Cons

Sometimes the automation doesn't stay on and there are rather frequent disconnections from Square that I have to get the business owner to reconnect

Quickbooks online sync

Pros

The idea that this would seamlessly sync with QB was what drew me to this app. There have been many hiccups but the customer support has been ok up till the last service rep that I worked with. He definitely went above and beyond to solve my issue. If it couldn't be fixed I would have had to find a different app.

Cons

The setup isn't all that easy. Some of the verbiage is unfamiliar and there isn't a good explanation. There is a definite language barrier with some of the reps that make a frustrating situation harder.

I enjoy that the app helps me streamline the process of tracking my stripe account fees automatically.

The on boarding was super awesome compared to any other integration services out there. Synder is good but this is by far better bang for your dollar does the same thing and more with free rules. Prety doope.

Pros

I have looked for sometime for a program that will safely and easily share my payment processing information with quickbooks. I came across paytraqer and I have been very pleased with the product and [sensitive content hidden] in customer service has been amazing. I definitely reccomend this software.
