I love being able to use it wherever I am. I can sit with a client and pop up their return on my phone, if needed.

I like how it does depreciation. Definitely better than any alternatives I've seen so far.

> **Cons**: So many things. Miscalculations are far more common than a professional company should allow. They do usually fix them quickly, but why are these happening in the first place?

Also, we were promised customizable software, but the "customization" is really minimal:

Printing forms? You can only choose which forms print, not what order. 

Invoices? Minimal. We can't itemize all forms used, which I like to do. I'm having to use my own invoice instead of the software's.

Cover letters? Terrible. The date defaults to an unprofessional format. Everything is double-spaced. Even the given templates are bad. The only customization I see is that you can put my logo in the corner. Woo-wee. Any pimple-faced kid can do that. That ain't special.

The "portal" is terrible. It is not only user-unfriendly, it is downright user-hostile. I thought it would be an awesome way to exchange information with my clients, but it turns out to be impossible to use. Even one of my clients who is a professional IT person couldn't figure out the interface. I'm sorry, but if your interface is so complex an IT tech can't figure it out, then you shouldn't even have it.
