FANTASTIC VARIETY, EASY TO USE, Excellent OUTCOME, INTUITIVE

Can'd find any fault! IT IS ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS!!

Affordable, easy to use, produced a logo I LOVE which can be adapted over and over.

Sometimes it was hard to figure out the interface to make changes. Better FAQs could be helpful?

*BEST ADVICE - Go Elsewhere. Save time, money, and get the logo you want.
I do like the platform, however it will need to be more intuitive with more robust options and better customer support.

1. LIMITED ELEMENTS/FONTS/DESIGNING CAPABILITIES
Does NOT have all of the elements needed to complete your logo/design.
Edits, developments, fonts, all are limited in supply.

2, Since located in Vienna, Austria - you'll be waiting for resolves to issues over 24hrs if located in LATAM, AMER OR APAC - only via email through web contact form.

- Their app was able to create logos that could not be found in any other logo design app.
- Their prompt support response and step-wise guidance.
- Their understanding of mistake purchases made and the flexibility to change to another without extra fees.

-Explain its policy upfront on the main page with eye-capturing icons, fonts...etc. this would help people like me not to buy before ensuring it's the right design.
- Disable registration with buying option. Allow registration and create as many designs as needed. This would increase their attachment to the service.

I liked the variety of designs that were presented to me. The most challenging thing was to choose from all the options.

It was difficult to find out which designer was responsible for a particular style of logo that I liked. It took a long time to reproduce a logo that I previously liked as you can’t save all your favourite designs.

Was super easy to use, and when I needed to modify one of my designs they were very responsive and helpful in getting it fixed for me

Limited customization with the logo but you can create a beautiful design if you need something quickly to get started it’s perfect.

Captivating, easy and satisfying - you choose your idea and they make it the logo. you just have to choose

So many designs and was so easy to edit every single part of the design. It was so much fun to use. And I am so happy with my final logo. Love all of the different formats as well - for printing v web v social media

I saw the 15% discount button AFTER I had already purchased (so didn't receive this discount). I bought the business package so that I could fully edit it after purchase but it wasnt super clear how to edit after the completed

How quick and easy it was to make a logo and the option I have to change it later

The logos I had to choose from weren’t 100% what I wanted but they came close enough!

The customer support and flexibility the company have as a policy. They are the once’s that goes the extra mile.

I do not have an idea what to tell here. Because I was so blessed by there support after many years.

The options made available to me and the voting feature was really helpful

I didn't like how I couldn't have a logo I liked be reset to zero notes when adding options for a round two of voting. Having a logo from round one show as having 5 votes with the rest at zero could sway votes.

I love that the designs are all actually really nice and very usable as I’ve used all the websites where they weren’t very good at all and inevitably I ended up winning the logos which led me to this website

The only con I would say is just the difficulty in downloading assets as you have to do this by individual type and it involves quite a few clicks, and it would be great to be able to download them all in one click and save them for future use.

Smashinglogo's website's interface was intuitive and very simple to use. Deployed to resolve such an important and potentially complicated function (brand logo generation and deployment), I found my experience of the company's website to be extremely straightforward, if not playful. I wasn't certain on several facets of the transaction after completing my initial purchase. However, [sensitive content] (from Smashinglogo's customer service department) stepped in. Thoroughly professional and calm, our entire conversation was a masterclass on how to be kind and helpful to a customer. I eventually switched my initial service provider and upgraded to premium. Way to go, and great job, guys.

This is a great value for small businesses starting a new business and trying to get up and going quickly and inexpensively

A bit more editing ability would be nice, but they took care of it for me
