Including on the back-end with staff management and payment processing. I love how easy it is to make changes and customize our offerings as well as collect customer information for their reservation. > > **Cons**: Bringing our company onto Origin was a bit cumbersome at first, but the hard work that was applied on the front-end paid dividends on the back-end when the reservations were fully automated and correct information was disseminated to the customer. It can be a bit tiresome to use if you have a large number of offerings, but again, it is well worth it to spend extra time and set it up well at first so that all reservations in the future can be seamless for the customer. > > Overall, our customer satisfaction with our booking process has significantly increased since we started using Origin, as well as a large increase in the number of customers that we have had overall.
