> **Cons**: The platform is not so stable. Frequently appears delays in messaging sent/received, and sometimes the platform has some functions not working well. The customer support in many times do not have a solution or an estimation of when the problems would be solved.

> I recommend Sirena as the best solution, at least in LatinAmerica, for managing whatsapp for sales teams.
