It is a very easy to use software to keep track and write your checks online, that way you don't have to keep your check wallet around with you anymore, very intuitive, it is a definitive must have if you want to get rid of your old checkbook

I couldn't find any major flaws on it, it is easy to you and never has let me down, it was a great purchase

I have integrated OCW into my invoicing system with awesome results. I can manage accounts payable and track and manage vendor payments all with ease. The checks I create for vendor payment are professional grade. The provided online check link is invaluable. It removes third party payment fees, and allows my customers to make direct payments, via digital check . I now process more than 80 percent of invoices directly through OCW. This product has helped me streamline and better control fiscal policy and has given me the tools I needed to further expand my business . All done at a price that this small business can afford. Id recommend them to anyone.

My only qualm, which does not detract from my overall love of this product, is to have better control over the appearance of 'checks received' through the online digital check link.

I like the ability to email payments to our servers. I like the ability to be able to send payments from any device quickly. I like the ease of use and easy learning curve.

They offer direct deposit free but charge for emailing a check. Feel that it should be the other way around since email really doesn’t create any extra work like a direct deposit would.

Also would like to be able to enter a date on each individual line of a deposit slip without having to type it in and click on the date, would like to have a calendar pop up to choose a date on each line.

The ability to sync with QBO and add multiple bank accounts or clients makes using this software amazing. It is very easy to setup and use and customize check templates as needed.

When they switched their billing model and the functionality of their site it made it very difficult to use for a time being as there were many glitches but their customer support was able to assist me.

The check printing and processing is an excellent feature.

Billing could be a little easier to pay.

I definitely love the all in one package, you can bill your clients, pay your vendors, make payment internationally without any limits, check draft, integration with QuickBooks etc.

The only features i would want them to improve is the check payment, my clients get stuck when they reach an option to click pay now, i would definitely recommend Online checkwriter team check on this to make the payment more effortless.

The only con about Online Check Writer is its complexity which makes it difficult to understand or deploy, especially for new users. The support team is somewhat slow, but they will always respond to all queries.

Relatively easy to use once setup

Website was NOT very user friendly / straightforward to setup
Would definitely benefit from getting user feedback on how to improve software for initial setup and use
For example, it asks for company name when setting up a new user, but means the company that they will be writing checks for instead of the company they work for
Also lots of choices on roles, etc. when setting up new users - need guide on what each role setting means

I like that I can click to write checks and mail them.

Sometimes the application is buggy, but support has been wonderful and responsive.
