I love having data coming in from all of my advertising sources into one place, and Two Minute Tool allows me to do that. The team have been fantastic and new features are added regularly which is great. Pricing is also very competitive.

Nothing so far. Everything has worked well and any issues have been fixed very quickly by the team.

Affordable and flexible. Everything I need... including Bing Ads!

I was confused at the start on the Looker Studio vs Google Sheets integrations. My end goal is Looker Studio, but the need to use Sheets for ingestion first to allow the data to be calculated against fixed numbers (like budget pacing) wasn't totally clear.

The Google sheets sidebar is very intuitive and easy to setup.

Initially, the system automatically created multiple accounts (although only one was needed). This was easily resolved by customer service.

It is a tool that is constantly changing but at the moment does everything supermetrics does at a fraction of its price.

I'm suggesting this tool to all my network and they are loving it.

It's a always evolving tool, there are not all the feature you need, but they are getting there really quickly

The software is great, very easy to use and does the same as other softwares which charge you x20 its cost. The support is amazing. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has even added developments as soon as I have requested them and it is "live product" which is constantly being improved.

Love its simplicity. I can pull data from Google Ads, Facebook Ads and many other platforms and schedule automatic refreshes on a daily basis. Having all this data in a spreadsheet you can then create dashboards in Google Data Studio which clients love as this allows them to filter by date range.

It is an amazing software that I strongly recommend.

Cons from this software is that there's some stuff still at an early stage. Depending on when you read this might not be up to date but the main thing this tool lacks is integration with other platforms like Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Data Studio connector... (I'm aware all of them are being developed or in the roadmap).

Also, I've found a couple of minor bugs while using the tool but the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] quickly fixed them on the same day.

But overall, nothing really negative than typical things a new software which is not fully developed could have.

Data loading errors.
At times the reports do not load all tables.

They have a good choice of connectors. For ecommerces, they do most social media, GA (better than Google's), Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo. In short, everything we need. They have a public roadmap and it's easy to ask for features (or through their roadmap board or by emailing them). Even if your request might be complicated, they always reply. Their price is affordable too.

It has fewer connectors than some other tools, which are 10x more expensive. So it's up to you to choose what you really need.

It does one thing really really well. It pulls data and puts it into a spreadsheet, it’s pretty easy to tweak so the data comes in how you want it to, and where. Very simplistic but saves me hours each month.

It took me a bit of trial and error to set up the sheet with the data I wanted without new data overwriting old data. But once set up it works really well.

Functional and easy to use, great quality of data.

This is an amazing client reporting tool for web agencies and freelancers.

From Google Sheets, you connect to a range of analytics (for example Google Analytics and Google Search Console) and decide how to display the graphs or charts from the raw data.

Similar to Monster Insights, but you need to decide what to show on the report.

The impressive thing is that I can create a custom report from my Wordpress MySQL database!

We have a membership client and with Two Minute Reports I can show renewals and new membership purchases for the month. Lay it out nicely and schedule an email to the exec committee to track performance. This is alongside the analytics and SEO data.

More templates would help - but they are on the road map. There is a learning curve, so some more youtube videos would be good.

I like the price and the fact that there are pre-made templates to use. I like that it integrates with Google ata Studio.

I find that it's a little harder to build your own stat charts. I love using the pre-made templates but the templates don't always have the statistical elements I need. I'd love it if more templates were made.

Great capabilities - a really good number of connectors. Customer support has been really responsive in solving any issues.

There are a couple of connectors that I'd love to see added, but they are ever expanding.

how quick and simple setting up a new data source

the ui could be a bit better, i would improve the design its a bit old fashioned

The feature set for the price was impressive.

Nothing, it does what I need it to do. No complaints.

Finally a software that competes directly with Supermetrics has the most important connectors so far for Google Data Studio.

There are here and there some bugs but that is normal for a new software on the market.

Two Minute Reports does exactly what it says - it makes it extremely quick and easy to create reports. Can you do everything it does if you're willing to spend a lot of time - absolutely. If you have hours and hours go for it - otherwise just get Two Minute Reports. Time saving and ease of use really are it's key features and it delivers.

It could do with a few more integrations and templates. And to be honest, sometimes I have to spend a little longer than I'd like making them prettier for clients. But all of that is minor compared to the time savings it provides.
