Helps to process more than 100 documents at once

User-friendly and accurate, also saves all the scans in digital archive

Pros

Freed our accountants from time-consuming manual input of invoices, bank
statements, and receipts in Quickbooks. We receive about 300 documents monthly.
Before using automation, we had to spend days manually typing documents into the
system. With Entera we process all the documents in just a few hours so we have
more time for analytics. The recognition quality is outstanding, with almost no
mistakes even when the quality of the scan is poor.

Cons

Sometimes can be delays when you upload more than 100 documents

Forgot about manual input

I’m a freelance accountant. All businesses that I’m working with are related to transport services and car repair, that’s why I receive huge amount of invoices with a solid list of automotive items. Transferring them into my accounting system manually takes too much time, so I began to look for ways to reduce the document processing time and found Entera.

What I appreciate the most is the high recognition level. I upload scans, Excel files, and even directly send documents by email. The system recognizes data, transfers it to my accounting system and I make reports in a couple of clicks. I use it also to scan QR codes from receipts, it can be done from the phone camera.
The service is very flexible and constantly updated. Managers are friendly and polite.
Highly recommend!

More accuracy and optimize the process

We work online, but we still have to do all accountant routine to get clients documents, and enter data in Tally. So our accountant tried to use different tools to optimize online process. Entera was the most comfortable and user friendly soft. Moreover they gave us free-trial and we could try all the process on real case.

Cons

One users account, so we have to share login-password among the team

Time-saver for an accountant!

I definitely recommend, such automation is a real time-saver for an accountant.

Pros

It makes work so much easier. Entera automatically processes more than 100 invoices very fast and accurately. This software recognizes everything! Now I don't spend a lot of time creating items, Entera remembers all the settings and substitutes data in document fields…And bravo to the support team which helps with any questions!

Cons

No synchronization with Tally yet, but works with Quickbooks. Hope they will add Tally too
