Solved the biggest issue we were looking for in syncing forward from Airtable to Google Sheets

Data transformations can take some time to get use to and imports are buggy at times.

At an early stage startup it's very hard to trust your data sources when using visualisation tools. Coupler has completely changed data analysis at my company where I can export data seamlessly and automatically to view the data and splice it myself (or using the inbuilt Coupler filtering tool). Most importantly it enables me to report to our team and investors with confidence and accuracy.

The pricing model requires you to staircase as your data set grows, which is understandable albeit quite frustrating.

I needed a way to back up all of my Airtable databases automatically, instead of exporting each table manually, one by one. Coupler.io provided a way to do just that. I able to set up an individual Coupler “importer” for each of my Airtable tables, and configure it to run automatically every week, downloading the data to Google Sheets. What was a tedious manual job became totally automatic and foolproof. I heartily recommend coupler.io to anyone looking to automate backup of cloud data.

I came across no downsides using coupler.io.

I really liked the tool's user interface and how it connects databases.

Google Analytics 4 has some technical difficulties, but the other data sources are working properly.

We're a non-profit school with some limited data extraction requirements so needed a highly configurable product that would allow us to provide automated data extraction and import in the exact format that we wanted it, and Coupler was able to do this.

So far so good! I don't have any complaints yet.

Working smoothly

The plans are not set up best for our needs.

It works very similar to Zapier and imports data from Airtable to Google Sheets.

I don't have a con. It solved my problem very efficiently.

Would be interested in seeing different trigger options for data extraction (currently is just schedule based).

The ease of implementation and the amount of integrations to other softwares.

We love everything about Coupler, the only negative would potentially be the price.

While we haven’t used all of Coupler.io’s features, what we needed it for was extremely quick to set up and works perfectly. The wealth of customizations for what you’d like to import and setting up automation and scheduling is fantastic. I look forward to using more integrations they’ve come up with.

At the moment we haven’t used Coupler.io for more than our core purpose. My only concern is reaching the ceiling for our plan.

Coupler.io was incredibly easy to implement, runs on time without any fuss and has simplified our workflow a great deal.

Coupler.io currently works great for what we need.

Ease of use and ability to connect multiple data sources

A little pricy but on balance still worth the impact on reporting timescales

I like coupler because it is a very simple ETL that is perfect for an early stage startup operating with an early data infrastructure

When I first started using Coupler over a year ago, it used to be free, but then it became a paid service

It is extremely easy to use, and allows us to extract data from multiple sources.

The ability to customise what columns of data are extracted is crucial and should be available on all plans.

I use Coupler to integrate MailChimp and Google Analytics 4 with Google Sheets. It's just perfect and I can cut corners and optimize processes by reading data in real time.

I don't have any specific thing that I don't like in Coupler. Maybe the price...

I like that it integrates QuickBooks w/ Google Sheets. We use both programs extensively. I also like that there is an online/web-based version of this. Very well setup. Easy to use.

Haven't found any yet. I've only been using this program for 2 weeks. It's done all that I've need it to do.

I like that they made the software very easy to use and not much time needed to learn it.

Hmm. I can't think of any at the moment.

Coupler is the only connector I've found that connects to Tableau as a source. I would use it even if it were sub-par, but the product is excellent. Great UX, very reliable, thoughtful product development.

I wish it had more sources so I didn't need to use other connecting software in addition to Coupler.

Love how easy it is to import sources, mainly Airtable to Google Sheets and combine that data with BigQuery to run analyses and create models as needed. Also really enjoy the feature to import data from other GSheets to GSheets and not have to use importrange at all, which is super buggy.

Only issue I have with Coupler is that it's not super intuitive on how to remove old users/teammates that no longer need to use the product

A bit expensive for what I needed it for.

Coupler is easy to use and setup. It has been a gamechanger for my dashboards.
