The implementation and customization of the software were long processes taking too much effort. But in the end, the results were great.

Its CRM module is the best one I have encountered, handling all aspects of customer lifecycle management. It has a good interface for scheduling, prospects alerts, lead management, and customer service. The detailed reports generated in real-time helps in identifying gaps in customer engagement and plug the leakages.

The UI feels a little outdated, and the app needs some improvement in navigation and better UX compared to current standards.

Though it's user-friendly the system is very huge. Our company required some heavy customization of the software. Thus we end up not using a few standard modules and functionalities of the software. Software training for new employees is a bit difficult.
