> **Pros**: I really liked how easy to connect the Connect Secure software, it does not have that much glitches while connecting, also it uses Multi Factor authentication which make sure that genuine is user is getting connected.

> **Cons**: Frequent disconnection, if there is small network glitch it tries get reconnect, and while reconnecting it takes more time compare to other software such as Global Protect or Cisco AnyConnect.
> 
> Overall Connect Secure is a great software, it make remote working easier, however they should work on the software for more smooth connectivity and end user must not notice the connection glitches.

> **Cons**: It is constantly getting disconnected, and I have to login again. This happens multiple times throughout the day, slowing me down from completing my work.

> **Pros**: This is an important tool used by many to connect to VPNs, and is easy to use once the gateway is set up. I have used it both to access online documents that are only accessible on an institution network and a work network. Some online databases are expensive to purchase, so it is unfeasible to buy it on my own, but using Connect Secure through my work allowed me to access the literature remotely and helped me finish many late night projects from the comfort of my home. 

It also has allowed for access to a network for work so I could use my laptop at work without having to plug it into the wall with an Ethernet cable.

> **Cons**: The set up process for installing gateways can be time consuming and very difficult for people who do not know what they are doing. The help page is not as useful as it should be, and setup will most likely require assistance for users who have never done it before and are not as experienced with computers. 

I understand that the connection process itself is difficult, but an easier guide on how to do it on your own should be a priority for ease-of-access of Connect Secure.

> **Pros**: It is the most user-friendly VPN connection service that I have used. I now use it daily to connect to the company network and have never experienced any major connectivity issues. I also love that I can use my computer login to access it. As a result, I never forget my password\!

> **Cons**: Not too many to think of. The initial setup can be a little confusing at first, but I was able to get through it with some guidance from our IT team.
