Great for overall trend tracking and seeing multi-purpose groupings that can be filtered down to their respective departments.

Pros

Simpler and more user-friendly than SAP on front and back ends.

Cons

The customer service gets a little impersonal and feels like a run-around at times.

I have been using it daily since 2016 for sales prospecting, contact management, follow up management, opportunity tracking, account management. It also is the database of record for our prospect contact and email database, and also our client database. We have also customized Dynamics to track our clients annual software maintenance renewals.

Pros

Some improvements made in 2023 have made Dynamics much better than it was before for setting up screen views, arranging and filtering columns, and improved search options.

Cons

1) The cost of marketing is very high compared to other email marketing services
reporting can be complex, for example including fields from the associated account file is difficult or impossible when modifying the contact record search.

Overall experience has been poor. Everytime they update the software it seems they do not consult their customers and the changes are major and you have to learn how to use entire sections again with no warning, and they don't make changes that help the customer. Bank recs used to take me 2-3 hours and after the last update it now takes me 8-12 hours. Not Good.

Pros

I don't like much about Dynamics 365. None that I can think of.

Cons

Very antiquated bank reconciliations and reporting. It is also very difficult to make corrections, not user-friendly at all. Every action takes at least 5 times longer with this software than with other software. This includes simply printing anything at all. When they make updates they don't ask the customers what improvements they would like that would help them.

The impact of Dynamics 365 on my business has been the elimination of data silos, automation of critical processes, and the ability for me to make decisions based on real-time data. It promotes collaboration, enhanced customer relationship management and cascaded the entire organization towards growth.

Pros

Dynamics 365 has helped to get the most out of business in one place. I love the fact that it ties together CRM, ERP and other functions in one integrated solution so I have a 360-degree view of my business. This provides valuable AI-powered insights and automation capabilities for process optimization and decision-making.

Cons

The scale and scope of Dynamics 365 can be overwhelming at first when navigating and configuring. Taking advantage of this platform and customizing right way might need dedicated resources and skills.

my overall experience using Dynamics 365 was amazing, it is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, net and clean. It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

Pros

Microsoft offers an excellent programme called Dynamics 365 to help you manage your business. Being a member of Microsoft is really beneficial since it gets more integrated with other MS Office applications

Cons

When they have to wait for a live representative, some consumers become disinterested in the product; worse, it's their only choice. I didn't prioritise this because I don't fit the description.

Pros

Ultra high customizability when teamed up with a development partner team. With the possibility to modify standard functionality, Dynamics 365 can be morphed into a million different products for specific business needs. A lot of functionality can be used out-of-the-box.

Cons

High customizability regrettably also means that design, development, implementation and testing take a huge amount of time. Additionally, bugs are frequent, and seem to appear and disappear in sync with Microsoft updates. Rather expensive.
