You can create really powerful and complete dashboards totally for free. They're updated in real time and you can easily share them with coworkers or clients.

Sometimes the interface is really clumsy and is hard to update data.

Connecting different sources or importing data is very easy and you are sure that data is always up to date. Another important feature for me is that you can share these reports with other or you can export them.

Creating a dashboard with all you need can be a little complicated for the first time.

It’s a good option if you want to do dashboards connected to google sheets. Also a good alternative to PowerBi

They can ad some more personalizations for the dashboards

The user interface can be a bit basic, but I like that it can be designed in my branding. It does however come across as a bit basic sometimes

The biggest feature for me is the ability to import different data from different sources. Creating a dashboard with all the data you need gives you a better picture of your activity, which is easier to analyze. It offers many types of charts and graphs where you can integrate data from different sources easily. Sharing the reports with others is eay, as you can share the live report where data is updated automatically or export as a PDF.

No cons for Looker, I wish more apps would allow users to export data to Looker automatically.

I like the visualization and reporting capability of the tool which makes data analytics simple.

The downside is the high cost of licensing fee.

The most important feature for me is that you can import all sort of data into looker. After importing creating a dashboard with information you need, charts and graphs is a easy thing. When needed I share my dashboard with colleague and partners, is easy to share any report or export in a PDF and sent it.

There are no cons for Looker, everything is works good and ... free.

I like that the tool is easy to use even for non technical members which help visualize our organization data.

Compared to other alternatives it lacks flexibility

The best feature at Looker is the way to can connect to multiple sources at once and create complex reporting and data analytics. Another good feature that worth to be mentioned is that I can share these reports with my colleagues with a shareable link or easily export in PDF and share. Due its connection with sources the reports are always up to date as it imports the data automaticaly.

I found it a little hard at first to create a complete report for my needs.

The massive amount of data, from many different platforms, can be compiled in many different ways for a great report.

You almost need a PhD in computer science to program the report. Steep learning curve.

My company uses Looker as a BI tool internally and externally. The interface allows us to easily train customers and colleagues on how to use and manipulate the data, even if a user does not have any SQL experience. Finalized dashboards and looks provide us with visually appealing metrics.

There are some limitations to custom calculations/ dimensions that can trip our users up when trying to manipulate data on their own. The support forums do not always offer solutions or workarounds for these limitations, so it must ultimately go upstream to the point where development changes need to be made.

Looker has an impressive data modeling capabilities which enable the user to create and manage data models effortlessly, empowering its users to derive valuable insights from even the most complex datasets.

While Looker's interface may be user-friendly, unlocking its complete potential may require some learning for new users, particularly to those who are not well-versed in data modeling and analytics principles.

The most I like that you can import data from different sources. Making charts and graphs from all data you have allows you to do very accurate prediction on the business. Sharing the reports with different colleagues from other departments is easy and important.

Is a little complicated until you come to the final dashboard design, too many options (might be only me).

Google Looker is one of the best data-visualizing tools, it is easy to use, cheap, and flexible. I like the ready-to-use templates that Looker provides. Also, Looker can deal with complex reports and can show KPIs on multiple dimensions.

Google Looker is a great tool and beneficial for any business type, it is all about its advantages, and in my opinion it does not have any single problem or a disadvantage.

Looker is still growing and that means he still doesn’t have the capacity to sync with every tool on the market. So, my only least-liked topic about it will be that.

Even non-technical users can analyze data with this software. Very easy to use.

Impossible to access data without an Internet connection which may hinder remote work.

I use this tool to show data to clients and analyze the statistics. It can help a lot to make the plan for the future actions.

Connecting the third party apps is a little difficult for the first time.

Some things that I like least about Looker include:1) Lack of functionality due to product lags2) Limited statistical features3) Integrations sometimes do not work well with Looker because of their limitations i.e. duplicate columns
