I have enjoyed monday.com and will be going through all aspects of the platform to decide if it will be shared among the team.
Pros
Monday has a prebuilt structure that is very easy to jump into. I have not used any notification system integrated into the software but do enjoy the progress tracking sections. Projects and options to share with other users is helpful when starting new types of education programs.
Cons
Could use a report option to download or export task completed vs in-progress. Drop down and more customizable options would be useful on its own sub screen like an overlay. Hard to change the fields and task without adding or removing other sections.

Pros
It is simple, straightforward. Especially in the sense that I can communicate with my team neccessary tasks without having to meet and saves us time.

Pros
The organization features provided by monday.com which allows managing and tracking multiple projects is a high productive boost in the daily workflow of any IT Employee. The Automation, Tag Features, Great User Interface and Tracking features are top-notch as well.
Cons
Monday, com has a vast amount of available features and the scope of use is very large. Even though that is very great but not having a tutorial or briefing on how to best utilize the available resources kind of beats the purpose of having them available. Having a guide to best utilize the software would be a great help and the customer service is also subpar.

Clever marketing brought us here, and so far the depth of the product has lived up to the hype. Monday's development is moving a good direction - if they can wean users off of email they might help me get more team buy-in.
All said, if you have a strong, vocal PM that won't accept any deliverables that didn't go through the software, this may be all that is required.
Pros
We chose this for the depth of the product, the vision of the company, and the support system. I am quite happy with the product for the time being - options, configurations and communication tools abound, and the different ways of visualizing project data are extremely helpful and open our company to opportunities.
Cons
I have used an immense variety of project management software in my time, and all bring something to the table. Monday brings everything to the table, but the table gets too full. The sheer complexity of the offerings has kept many of my users away, and often I am in the position where I am attempting to rope members back into the software in order to not have to duplicate my reporting. Intimidated by the product, they fall back to inundating the team with email. I don't quite have a picture of how I can fully build out dozens of client folders, each with 10+ boards, each board with 4-5 groups of 1-+ "pulses" each, without anything falling through the cracks, and still knowing that progress is being made. This may be an educational thing on my part.

We have tried MANY project management platforms and for us to select monday.com says a lot about the product. We have a varied group of individuals within our marketing department using this tools to coordinate everything from our detailed printing requests, web and online projects to translation flow (very difficult to manage due to the many contributors involved in this process.) Pros
Its incredibly easy to create a work flow or "Board", add participants and follow the progress of many tasks with ease. We can attach any supporting files or materials needed to each post and tag a specific user. Email and desktop notifications alert you on any activity and there is a web based site you can go to or the even better desktop and mobile app versions.
Cons

Pros
Monday.com is like a customizable spreadsheet in the cloud. It's easy to build any project management sheet you need. Projects to work on, time tracking, internal training, you name it. Pros
It is extremely easy to use and does all the project planning and management grunt work for you. It can also integrate with quite a few systems to automate processes like creating a ticket system for your IT that makes IT more engaging with the end user.
Cons
The biggest draw back is how you get to allocate users. You have to add in increments of 5 which leads to paying for users that you don't use. There are also some nice features that can only be accesses with a PRO license which is a bit pricey.

Pros
Intuitive mostly, easy to get up to speed, easy for my team to learn. Allows me to customize what I need and came with prebuilt options that helped with a quick start.
Monday's customer support team is absolutely STELLAR! They've always been incredibly helpful and friendly and their documentation is more up to date than many other SaaS products I've worked with. The sales team was also wonderful when I was starting up. The level of support they've offered was a lot of the reason I chose Monday!

The fact that it's so funcational when it's free and easy to see what you get for your money if you do pay for extras. That makes me more likely to upgrade to a paid account at times when we need it.
We love that its a really visual tool and this works for a 100% remote team running multiple complex projects. the ability to automate a lot of the processes also helps us and reduces our workload doing the silly little jobs that hold up getting into the real work!

Monday.com has made my life so much easier and more efficient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a work management platform that is easy to use, customizable, and powerful.
Pros
I've been using monday.com for over two years now, and I absolutely love it. It's the most user-friendly and customizable work management platform I've ever used.
One of the things I like most about monday.com is its flexibility. You can customize your boards and columns to meet your specific needs, no matter what industry you're in or what kind of work you do.
Another thing I love about monday.com is its automations feature. Automations allow you to automate repetitive tasks and workflows, which saves you a ton of time and energy.

I also have an automation set up so that whenever a task is completed in my project management board, an email is automatically sent to the client to update them on the progress of their project.

Monday.com has revolutionized the way my team works, earning my enthusiastic thumbs-up. The standout benefit for us is the impeccable organization it brings. Customizing boards with specific columns and colors for each project has made tracking tasks simpler and more efficient. The visual nature of the platform ensures that everyone knows exactly where things stand. Additionally, the seamless integration with other tools streamlines our workflow further. Monday.com isn't just a software; it's our productivity partner.
Pros
I've been using monday.com for our project management, and it's made a huge difference! What I love most is the visual aspect. Creating boards with colorful columns and moving tasks around feels like a game that's actually productive. It's so easy to see what's on track and what needs attention. The customizable statuses are a gem – we use them to mark tasks as "To Do," "In Progress," and "Done." This keeps everyone on the same page. Plus, the automation feature saves time. Tasks magically move to the next stage once we check off specific boxes. It's like having a virtual assistant! Monday.com has transformed the way we work, making it fun and organized.
Cons
While I find monday.com quite useful, there's one thing that bugs me: the learning curve. At first, the customization options are exciting, but they can also be overwhelming. Setting up boards and columns took time to figure out, and I wish there was a simpler onboarding process. Also, the price feels a bit steep for smaller teams. As we grow, it's becoming a bigger slice of our budget. Don't get me wrong, it's a powerful tool, but I'd appreciate more user-friendly guidance, especially when starting out.
