In the app, it will show all things like payslips, documents, leave policy, and company details. Users can download and access this from anywhere. It can also track Time in or time out the timing of employees.

Sometimes it feels like UI/UX could be better than the present one. Sometimes it lags and crashes also.
Need to fix this otherwise, this is very good software.

Greythr is a great payroll software with simple navigation and functionalities

It gives tutorial for both Employee & Employer's for easy understanding.

Tax calculation functionality make it unique.

it is not a globalized payroll software.

This software has all the things, as per organisational need. The Employee on boarding and self service portal is the best part. yes there are scopes of improvement but over all product is very good.
You need to improve report section as we can not prepare Manpower report consisting all the information about the employee (Manpower database.)

The customer support is very poor. System generated mails and videos are not helpful for your customers.

We get the basic features free of cost at current plan. They dont paster us for personal data collection unlike few other players.

Attendance feature needs huge improvement.

It is user-friendly. Everything has been included that is needed in HR/Benefits/Payroll activities.

The product has become buggy over time. Has network or server issues every now and then.

One of the best HR & leave management tool for organizations of any size. Leave management, leave tracking, attendance tracking, salary management, and expense claims are just amazing features.

There are no cons actually except a suggestion to update the user interface with some new graphics

We mostly depend for employee database, employee profile, payroll management, leave tracking, tax computation, ESS , F&F, Statutory compliance, Reports

No comment as of now as we are comfortable using it

We use Greythr at Foodjin as handling multiple team members without a HR engagement tool is difficult. We use greythr for running all our Payrolls of the employees. We also use it to track attendance for all the employees since the work from home. The employees can manage and check their leaves and apply from the same dashboard.

Can add more features to this tool to integrate with the third party biometric machines.

One of the best feature I always admire is their customer support, and turn around time. If you are stuck with anything and need their assistance, they are always available. They even don't mind going extra mile to make sure their customer are satisfied.
It has easy to use functionality which supports majority of the requirement of HR department. Processing payroll and generating the supporting reports are very easy. Apart from that they are keep scheduling live training and knowledge sharing sessions which really helps to understand the HR and compliance.

Overall UI can be better. There are many basic functionalities and reports which we may expect can be implement immediately, but it goes in their development road map. There are many HR functionalities which required to be implement, like ATS, performance management, KPI tracking, PA, T&D That will make this software a complete solutions of HR requirement.

I mostly like the taxation part. As a accountant It was an very lengthy process for me to calculate every employees tax manually and also filing of TDS return is also very useful for me. Thank to Greyt HR for making this very easy for us.

Mainly for ESIC computation.Need to set as per the rule of GOvt.Ofourse its calculationg as per the Govt rates but one clause is missing there.as follows.

If anyone's salary is appraise and salary goes beyond 21000 still for the given period given by Govt it need to be deduct. So that rule need to be added on portal. So that it will automatically done while calculation of salary.

It looks good, has made a lot of things easy for me and my organization

There is a lot of room for improvement as mentioned previously

Attendance is on one click, Easy to access even from bottom to top level of management.

Internet issues is limitation of this software.

The expectation from payroll software is 1.should be easy to use in terms of payroll processing. It has great features on bulk upload, single upload at level of inputs.2. Reports should be relevant and no further customization required3. input processing time should less4.Industry/statutory updates to be taken care automatically5.attendance and payroll processing should be easily integrated6.Recruitment process7.good access control8.Easy access to support team9. Cost effectiveI find all these to be at best level in the GreytHR software.

1.Expense management2. staff loan recovery and update management ( no controls for changes for even to administrators)

Easily understandable and easy to operate.

Face errors sometimes and after adding a new employee sign option is not available on their portal.

Recently we are using Employee Onboarding feature, Resignation features which are very useful & valuable. It's easy to maintain & keep all data.

Sometime we get ticket responses in delay.

Attendance and on/off boarding process. Xls reporting too is good

Tough to understand at initial stage. Most of the regular queries are not available in help section

Onboarding and Off-boarding process , its very easy and nice to use . and its all the other options also vey good, like Pin generation, Declaration window, POI , Leaves, attendance and payroll all are good.

Some times system will not work properly, especially end of the month in Payroll time and when we raised an issue some time Greyt HT Team will not respond .

Easy to track leaves and employees information , easy to access employees to apply leave

it can be little more upgrade to this pandamic (Ex. we have to apply WFH on a daily basis , it could better if the software can do it on weekly basis and Employee can review the attendace.

The UI/UX is very friendly, has good features and report building capacity. The team keeps adding benefit to users at the existing cost.

Nothing found so far, it can get little better with more ready form of HR reports needed monthly.

Payroll management module is impressive.

No additional modules are developed. For Example : ATS, PMS, Onboarding, Exit

It’s best for user (employees) for having easy access to all HR activities.
It is holistic tool encompassing Personal Information, Salary information, Tax related activities, Leave management and Expense claim management.
User friendly platform helped me to enhance my productivity.

Actually, I didn’t noticed anything that could be disliked for this wonderful employee engagement tool.
All features worked well as expected which means that no areas of improvement applicable according to me.

The easy to use software, even a child can use it without any problem. Old people like us really appreciate applications that are extremely easy to use and right on the point. Using it for HR management and leave management
