Overall, I like the idea of what QuickBooks time is going to be sit down, slow down and take your time with it and I think it could be a really really great app. It’s just not there yet.

It needed more versatility and program dependability, very glitchy

I loved that we were able to pre populate various projects / buckets for staff to track their hours to.

If you forget to clock out, when you finally do clock out sometimes a day later, the system sends an email to your manager.

QuickBooks Time is a great tool for a small business to track time sheets.

I love that Quickbooks Time is very easy to use and for our employees to understand. We utilize the geofence feature often and we also utilize the job costing/tracking time coding as well. It has been an easy way for us to keep all our payroll in one place.

We have some issues here and there with an employee not being able to put in a time sheet due to a random glitch, but it's not a big deal to us!

Ease of using the geofence and ease of application.

app stops working quite often. When there's an update, it has issues with some of the employees phone.

I like that is it associated with intuit, it makes everyhting easier year-round as well as during tax season.

I like most things about quickbooks and don'y have any comlaints.

I've been using QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets) for a few months now, and overall, it’s been a solid experience. The software offers a convenient way to track time, manage payroll, and keep things organized, especially for small to mid-sized teams. The mobile app is one of its best features

Utilizing QuickBooks Time is a fantastic program. for workers and seamlessly integrates with payroll. With the help of this software, we no longer need to manually update timesheets on paper or in Excel, which had a significant margin of error. Our team can now track time in real time, down to the second, and to any department or cost code they require with QuickBooks Time.

Although occasionally some features are not easily accessible, QuickBooks Time customer service is slow to respond.

What I like most about Quickbooks time is that we can easily track time out to a client with the amount of time we were working to a certain client. This makes it easier to see how much time we are spending on a client and makes it easier to bill clients. You can also use a on the clock timer if you wanted to start and stop and have the exact time you were working.

There isn't a true con that I would say I least like, other than when it is a user error and you are off a day and you start or enter your whole day worth of time throughout the day and then you realize you did it for the wrong day. Now, it can be fine but if you're like me it needs to be corrected. I have found a somewhat easy way to move the time that is faster than retyping it but if there was an easier function to change the date.

I have loved the advanced features of the software. This is more than just a way to clock in and out but a means to track how you are spending your time, manage your tasks/projects, and provide the most accurate depiction of your daily work. This has elevated my professionalism in how I present invoices to my boss and clients. It has increased their trust in me and my work to have a clear breakdown of how I have been best supporting them.

There is nothing that has left me dissatisfied with my experience with the software. It was easy to implement and simple to use.

I enjoy using this app because it automatically links all of my clients as soon as I add one in QBO. I work on specific clients and am able to switch between them. It also remembers my most used projects and keeps them at the top for easier log-ins.

The buttons don't always work, and it can be hard to edit time. Sometimes I have to do the log-in or switching of clients twice, and editing time doesn't always work right away.

I like the simple and easy to use interface.

Sometimes it freezes with MacBook software.

This takes all those task that use to take up so much time and cause so much stress and now I manage them all in one place from anywhere.

I wish there were more geolocation options.

When I first started using QuickBooks Time, I found that there was a bit of a learning curve involved. As someone who may not be familiar with time tracking or accounting software, it took some time and effort to understand all the features and functionalities. It would have been helpful to have more guidance or tutorials to make the onboarding process smoother.
