Very intuitive system; easy to use and easy for employees to access their own information.
Cons
We were sold their Next Gen app and we really don't need it as it is incompatible with a number of systems we utilize and were told it would work with.

Great for payroll & tax with real time process

Pros
I use the Essential plan - the basic plan still does provide lots of options. The real-time processing of payroll and tax is really helpful for my work. It is easy to access to employee's pay information.
Cons
Live chat support is a bot. It is quite complicated to set up and difficult to navigate - all of that it needs to have a better customer support when they have issues with that software.
Also free trial would be great even for few days.

Reporting not very sophisticated. Basic reports but if you want more analytics you have to export to a bi tool
