> **Cons**: Ik merk wel dat het fout gevoelig is als je zelf een foutje maakt in het systeem.

> Wij houden veel tijd over door bij alle klanten achtergrondinformatie toe te voegen. Daardoor hoef je alleen een klant op te zoeken en weet je alles van de klant af ookal heeft iemand anders de klant gesproken.
