It is a program that monitors the time and productivity of remote teams and individuals. It offers features such as time accuracy, job monitoring with screenshot collection, project management tools and web-based time sheets. It is very helpful to the user. Its tone is friendly, and its narratives and studies are helpful for decision making.
Pros
What attracts me most about the product in question is the remote group collaboration, which supports conversation and coordination among members. It facilitates work distribution, progress control and document sharing. There are many types of reports that expose employee capacity, program costs and customer billing. These documents can be customized and exported, which supports personnel management and other tasks. Its use in mobile allows workers to track time, GPS tracking and position at the time they work remotely, this can be beneficial for employees in the sector.
Cons
The degree of intrusion and monitoring associated with functions such as screenshots and constant control of the distribution between work and personal life can generate doubts, and the price can be a major drawback for micro-sized companies, due to the fact that it is based on a subscription.

It has been great for my company to have this tool as all staff work remotely. I can much more easily monitor and know what is going on with my projects and staff.

Easy hour tracking for remote staff, easy hour tracking for billing of clients
Cons
Cannot control how long screen shots are kept and cannot easily delete them manually. I would like to delete the screen shots after each billing for security purposes.

I used to like husbtaff until i've got a problem of not getting it work and tried to sort this with customer service but they are very poort in attending yoiur enquiries, and they don't have a voice support. Imagine having technology but no one can walk you through to fix the issue.

Hubstaff is a reliable way to track hours and stay organized, but it’s not the most flexible when it comes to making adjustments or managing your time in real life. It’s a great tool for keeping yourself accountable, but sometimes it feels like you’re under constant surveillance.
Pros
Hubstaff made clocking in super easy with its automatic time tracking, so I didn’t have to worry about forgetting to log my hours. The interface is simple and lets me see exactly where my time is going each day. It also tracks breaks, which helps with transparency and staying organized. The mobile app was convenient for clocking in when I wasn’t at my desk.
Cons
The app can feel a bit restrictive, especially when you have to log in manually if something goes wrong with the automatic tracking. If you accidentally close the app or forget to start it, it’s hard to go back and adjust your hours without jumping through hoops. It also feels like it tracks too much, down to your every move on the computer, which feels invasive at times.
