What is Hoopla?
Hoopla is a sales gamification platform that combines data analytics, competition theory and video broadcasting to help build a performance culture within sales teams. Motivate teams with a play-to-win culture. Hoopla integrates with existing CRM to create contests, competitions and leaderboards linked to sales goals or metrics (calls, demos, revenue, opportunities, etc.). Managers can also assign individual challenges and one-to-one competitions. Contests and games can be highly customized with different point values for various activities. Hoopla's intelligent motivation engine automatically tracks, recognizes and delivers specific motivation to the right person at the right time. Hoopla's animated and customizable leaderboards display every team member's progress to keep everyone engaged and competing. Best Valued with Essential Features
Before purchasing Hoopla, our company was in the market for a gamification software. We wanted something easy to use and provide us with leader boards and statistics at a good price because this was new to us. After 30 days of testing we instantly found the value of it and haven't looked back since. It is on all our TVs and the team is engaged!

My team loves the application. The ability to customize their newflashes and the ability to see where they rank in near real-time keeps their enthusiasm up. I would like to be able to have multiple Google Doc connections as we have multiple users that are currently using the application. I would also like to have it display stats from Salesforce reports that are calculated but not related to a user - for instance, I'd like to display the average length to close a case within Salesforce where the average is for the whole team. Overall, implementing this app has had a HUGE boost on moral and motivating employees. Love the overall impact it has made in the department.
Amazing tool to motivate sales people with a fun twist
We have been using Hoopla for more than half a year and are really happy with the perfomance of the tool. Our consultants love it to see their performance and battle each other with their colleagues. The customer service is always very fast and helpful. New features are rolled out constantly and always improve the experience.

Pros
We have been using hoopla to get the sales team more engaged. Love how a rep can directly call someone else out to compete. Helps drive the competition between the sales team and the music and pictures you can add in are great as well. Since implementing I have noticed our team get more driven in setting goals and competing to beat each other. The gifs are fun too and when someone closes a deal they get to hear the song of their choice and their face light up across every tv in the company.
Cons
I have no cons for this. It works well for a large sales team but maybe not as well for a smaller one

We have brokers with sales goals and spiffs. This software made it into a game and was a lot of fun.

It has an occasional glitch or "grayed out" feeling in some areas where we wished it could do this or that.
