About Satago
Satago is a credit control software which gives users access to all of their invoices in one place, as well as automating the process of chasing late payments. Users can connect their cloud accounting software for Satago to automatically import their invoices.
Satago is partnered with Experian, giving users access to their customers’ credit data, including their credit score, the direction in which it has been trending, and Experian’s suggested credit limit, allowing users to make informed choices when extending credit to customers. Users can also view how many days late customers are paying them, compared to their other suppliers.
Satago also offers financing for due and overdue invoices from within the software, with no need to fill in applications. Designed to reduce the impact of cashflow shortfalls on small to medium sized businesses, payment can be advanced for multiple invoices regardless of how long overdue they are.
Key benefits of Satago
Email tracking - see if emails have been delivered, when they have been read, if links have been clicked on, and follow up on any which have bounced
Grouped reminders for multiple invoices due or overdue on the same day use a single template to maintain a consistent tone, and stop customers being bombarded with multiple emails. “Thank you” emails can also be grouped
Experian credit risk data enables users to check the credit health of any current or prospective customers before agreeing terms
Experian’s Days Beyond Terms (DBT) data allows users see when customers pay them vs when they pay other suppliers, and determine if change in relationship is required
Satago finance can advance payment on multiple due and overdue invoices to prevent cashflow shortfalls

It has been great from the start. The support is great, everyone who I have spoke to in the team has been very helpful and friendly, it was one of the easiest pieces of software that I have ever implemented and I would highly recommend to anyone.
Pros
I love how user friendly Satago is, it is really easy to implement and even easier to use once it is running. It has cut down our credit control process time drastically and it has improved our cashflow. Its just a great credit control aid that runs in the background.
Cons
I have nothing to put here, it has genuinely made a positive impact on a very tedious monthly procedure and saved us hours.

Saves so much time!

This system saves so much admin hours of chasing payments, it send reminders and thank you's automatically.
Cons
When you are searching for a company it will not search if you press return and then you have to start again.

This has saved so much of our time when dealing with credit control, it means we can focus our attentions on other business matters.
Pros
It takes away the long-drawn-out process of remembering to send out regular reminders for payment and helps you keep a track on moneys owed, it even sends out thank you's!
Cons
When working through the list of customers if you click onto a customer to make an amendment and then go back, it doesn't remember where you were, you have to scroll through the list again

It is a great tool which has cut down so many works hours of manually chasing all debtors - our cashflow has improved, we have saved many manual hours of work and it allows us more time to focus on other jobs.
Pros
I love satago, it is a great tool for keeping on top of credit control, it is fully integrated into Sage as well as outlook and sends all payment reminders/ chase letters without me having to life a finger. I can keep track of what has been sent and who is being chased as all sent items go into my sent box on Outlook, as well as being able to view them on satago. I cannot fault Satago in anyway.
