Some issues with certain packages/admissions not working how we would like them to. > > Use it for work constantly and rarely have any issues. The only real downside is the occasional slowness and at times certain things don't work the way we like. (some functionalities don't align with out box office processes, but we make do) For example, we have a package for a specific presenter that allows patrons one admission per show in their season, but there is no way to enforce that online on the client side.
