Tebra offers a complete cloud-based platform for medical practice administrators. Users can tackle administrative tasks such as electronic health records, medical billing, and patient management. These products are mainly designed to cater to the needs of small practices by providing them the ease to connect with patients.
Tebra helps users with appointment scheduling, allowing them to customize their dashboard and create rules to track productivity. The analytics system allows users to generate performance reports of their practice and analyze the data with the help of various metrics and graphs. The user can also generate drill-down reports to retrieve the data of people who are not paying and take action against them. In my experience of over twenty years using various EHR software platforms, I and can honestly attest that Kareo is by far the most user friendly and comprehensive EHR I have encountered in my professional career. I plan to be a loyal customer for life, thank you, Kareo!
Pros
Kareo is; user-friendly for people with little software experience, ready to go with little training, excellent implementation support, good customer service, amazing templates, forms and SALT Feature that cuts time & makes documentation a snap. The formatting/presentation of EHR notes is organized & professional. I love how I can select what information to share and can easily do so through the Care Coordination feature option in each note. I enjoy having all my medical, billing, records, HIPAA approved/secured Telehealth platform, Reputation Watch, client engagment, and much more...all from one vendor! Lastly, Kareo always asks for feedback on how they can improve & additionally demonstrates their value to customer service by providing excellent communication, accountability & follow-through. Kareo offers a superior platform and fair pricing. Highly recommended.

I like the ease of use for all types of tasks and how you can modify it to your taste.
Cons
The customer support needs improvement wether is by phone and by email.

I've worked with Tebra almost 3 years since being at this office. We have had issues since the...
I've worked with Tebra almost 3 years since being at this office. We have had issues since the beginning. Usually, they get worked out and are ok. The cancelled appts remaining on the schedule and inability to cancel via escribe has not been fixed. It takes a lot of time to call pharmacies to cancel meds.
Pros
Calendar organization is nice along with fairly easily ability to put in blocks on the schedule.
Cons
Issues with removing appts and they pop back up on the calendar after cancelled. No longer able to cancel scripts via escribe like we could in the past.

Just a wonderful platform

Pros
The staff and their support through initial setup, continued training, billing issues, and routine management of my practice. Customer support is easily the most important part of a program like this and they have a 5 star group!
Cons
I think the app on the phone has more issues than I would like but I am sure it is hard to combine all the perks of the desktop version into an app without an issue.
