Most importantly, I would like to have the option to sort the contact lists. Lastly, it is not easy for me to determine if someone has unsubscribed or if the email I sent was blocked by the recipient's firewall. It does about 80% of what you really need it to do, if they can get up to speed on the last 20% I think it can be one of the top platforms.
