Despite this, we were still paying for the software while being unable to use it. Due to our business facing serious financial difficulties — including a company going bankrupt and owing us a significant amount of money — we had no option but to cancel the contract. I explained this situation to BrightHR and asked if it would be possible to exit the contract under the circumstances. They took the time to listen carefully to my situation and genuinely did everything they could to help. They truly went above and beyond with their support, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they personally provided.
