Reporting is easy to use and I, on many occasions, have been able to pull up information quickly when needed. We have never had any issues with online giving. I feel totally secure in having this information in the CT system. Unfortunately, we do not use the accounting platform. > > **Cons**: This issue is specifically on our end and not CT. I cannot get more people interested in using the online application for any aspect of CT. With an aging population, technology is not what they want.
