Emails don't always find my customers and invoices get deferred. The UI issues previously communicated to the tech support representative have been deemed as not feasible for FieldPulse. I like the value for money its less than service titan but more than all others, however provides what we need as far as functions. the customer support bot has really helped when we need something quick. > > **Cons**: What I like least is the layout of the schedule, our techs and managers tend to be very visual people and the schedule we had used before with a simple spreadsheet actually was faster to navigate and easier to look over.
