About HoneyBook

HoneyBook is a cloud-based CRM solution designed for small businesses and freelancers that helps users to manage business processes, from consultation to billing. The platform enables users to manage projects, book customers, send invoices, sign online contracts and manage payments.

HoneyBook offers task management functionality that allows users to view and track different stages of a project. Users can store their invoices, contracts and other documents in one place. They can also respond to customers with automated appointment requests and follow-ups using custom templates and notifications.

To help users keep on top of their workload, HoneyBook allows task reminders to be created, and automated payment reminders can be sent based on project payment due dates. HoneyBook facilitates secure online payments within the system and contracts can be signed digitally. Pros

I manage the entire flow of information from my clients in a more organized way, controlling and monitoring each one, it allows me to be more agile in the processes that I have to carry out with my clients and thus provide them with better attention and speed in document delivery. invoices, contracts and digital signatures. I can do many things at the same time and it helps me perform better at my job.

Cons

The system has never failed me, I feel satisfied with each tool I use and I am convinced that it has been the most efficient platform that I use for my work tasks.

Keeps track of the projects. Auto reminder follow ups, financial records, project recap, booking forms and how the project details auto populate

Cons

The financial reports are not accurate. Also need easier login for multiple business logins. Deposits take a little longer sometimes

Does offer document management / sharing to organize agreements to obtain signatures from clients, which is easy and efficient to use

Pros

I like the Streamlined Workflow and the Customizable Templates. Also the ability to pay directly through the App.

Cons

Price is pretty expensive for small businesses. There is no built-in time tracking.

Overall experience has been great and I feel like the software has grown with my business. I use HoneyBook in place of many individual software and apps I used before for scheduling, payment process, client portal, contracts, intake forms and more

Pros

I love that they are always updating their features and allow users to give input on the usefulness. The software is always improving.

Cons

There are some small things i wish where available in the smart files, such as drop down lists and check boxes.
