> **Cons**: Perhaps more customizations of uploaded lists. I really need to be able to tag (or remove) those who tell me STOP or OPT OUT. My client gets his list from a national commission so I am sure we will have repeat names/numbers on a list and I would hate to spam them because I removed them from one list but they showed up on another.

> **Cons**: We sent a cancellation request over a year ago. They didn’t cancel our account and continued to bill us for 12 months. When we called to cancel for the second time they argued with us and refused to hear our complaint. The employee said (direct quote) “I’m not talking to you about this and there’s no management for you to talk to.”
