They've stripped down the CRM model to make it exactly what fundraisers at small and medium size charity need and got rid of all the extra widgets that just make tracking donor data unnecessarily complicated. We have also greatly appreciated the quick response time of the support team. When inputting a manual donation you can not edit the data if you made a mistake. For example if I inputted the wrong date I can not change it when I did not issue a tax receipt. Tried to preform a donation summary report and the date produced was incorrect. Emailed customer service put have not received feedback > > I mainly use the donation portion of Keela so did not respond to the email marketing portion of Keela.
