> **Cons**: It is clear that this was not developed for a brewery initially (i think this was initially developed for distilleries). Nothing that would would make me hate this software but i would like to see them bring in some breweries to consult with and add the missing features.

> customer service is outstanding, the price is fair, and the software is pretty good despite the missing features.
