This is a new position for me and I have been using it for about two months. The basic entries are straight forward and make it easy to keep track of donations and donor information. I took a 'new user' course with Sharron and found her to be extremely helpful and informative. The course opened my eyes to the the wide variety of functions and information that can be monitored with the program.
