The platform provided us with enough features to track the activities of our sales reps. This enabled us to save time and effort by analyzing the areas our reps have visited, and the quality of deals closed in those areas. > > **Cons**: Timmero lacked some small yet key features when we started using it. However, as time passed by, positive communications with their support team resulted in adding those features. They are constantly upgrading their platform to be the best it can be. ----- ### "Timeero - good product easy to use" — 5.0/5 > **Anna** | *11 September 2025* | Law Practice | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Value for money, great customer support. Ashleigh helped me recently. It is easy to use and I like the mileage tracking features. > > **Cons**: Some of the reporting features aren't fully functional. It is easy to use but built more for contract work or service industry jobs. It's easy enough for us to adapt to our needs though. > > Overall good experience. I tried to vet a few different companies. We ultimately went with Timeero because of the customer service and direct interactions when signing up, as well as value to product cost. We've been happy and keep sticking with them\! ----- ### "Timeero reveiw" — 3.0/5 > **Naomi** | *30 October 2025* | Wholesale | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: We subscribed to Timeero because of the tracking with breadcrumbs feature, which is what was needed at this particular time > > **Cons**: Tracking is too user dependent, with no notification to admin when something is not right. Admin should have more control over the app > > Customer Service. The rep \[sensitive content hidden\] was very helpful and answered all my questions fully and accurately ----- ### "Good Customer Service" — 4.0/5 > **Chaunda** | *30 July 2026* | Mental Health Care | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: Timeero is fairly easy to use and they do have good customer support that responds to questions and issues quickly. For example, today \[sensitive content hidden\] was able to provide the information I needed right away which allowed me to move on to other tasks quickly. > > **Cons**: We service a big rural area and the cell service is not always that great causing some mileage totals to be off. Not necessarily Timeero's fault but it is an issue for many rural businesses. ----- ### "Chat assistance during demo" — 5.0/5 > **Steven** | *3 November 2025* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: CA compliance is built in. Also the chat assistance is very helpful. \[sensitive content hidden\] was fantastic and was able to answer all of my inquiries. 5 stars for her\! > > **Cons**: The schedule view is hard to use for individual appoints. I would like to see the Day view show the schedules running vertically so I can expand the columns and see the details of a 30 minute appointment. ----- Page: 1 / 7\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.ie/software/113423/timeero?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.ie/software/113423/timeero) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | ----- ## Structured Data
